I was in the neighbourhood looking for some all season tires. I went into the store and legit was waiting for 15 minutes to be served. I had a slight cough and while coughing, somebody in the back was coughing right after me.. It was one of those awkward things that you had to have been there to see. It was like “ya buddy we hear ya”. I ended up leaving and an employee walked right past me on the way out, didn’t even ask if I had been served. I took my 800 cash and just went to Kanata Rim and Tire. Will never go back to this place again.

I had my car towed there last year on the advice of a friend. Not being a customer there was some apprehension as to how I would be treated. I was very happy with the advice and service I received. I drive an older car so I value the good advice I received from Dave as to what to do and not do to keep it going. This year his son Johnny has taken over fulltime and I continue to receive the same honest advice and service from him and the rest of the employees. Don't hesitate to try them out if you're looking for an honest shop.

Efficient, fair and honest. Where other shops would do unnecessary work just to charge you, Parkers Auto Care actually told me I didn't need the work and I could save some money for now. I really appreciate the honesty and will be coming back when I actually need the work done!

I purchased 4 new tires online and had a mobile tire installer, install and balance the tires. He did a terrible job as the truck was shaking between 100-110kms/hour. So I brought it to another tire installer and they did a better job but it was still shaking around the same speeds. Finally I brought it to Parker Auto Care Ltd and they did an excellent job. No more shaking or vibrating. Lesson learned for me was to go to the experts right from the start. It could have saved me $300.00. A big thanks to the guys at Parker Auto Care, they were professional and respectful. I will do business with them again. AAAAA*****Rob L

Honest, fair and right. 100 recommend. Have had troubles with our 2013 Santa Fe and even without seeing the car - Jonny IMMEDIATELY knew what was wrong and gave me solid advice to get the car to a dealership. He was 100% right - safety recall with Hyundai Canada. Great customer care from the lads at Parker with follow up emails and checking in on us. Thank you!
