Chris responded quickly on any communication I had, he was very thorough with the inspection and took the time to explain the report, even after the fact when I had questions Chris was very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a home inspection!

Chris walked me through all the mechanical, electrical, & plumbing of the house as well as structural highlights. All the time Chris spent examining the home was so valuable to me as it exposed secrets & really painted the picture of what this house was all about. I can not recomend Chris highly enough.

The photos and videos were a great visual aid in helping to understand certain elements about the house.During the walk through phone call on site, it was comforting to speak with someone with the same tradesman vernacular as I. Overall, a great experience! Chris was kind and personable. Thoughtfully answered questions and explored things we were wondering about. Followed up quickly to emails with questions we had. I did find out later that he had been navigating a tricky situation with this inspection and that made things more complex - he handled that well but it did make his report a bit late in being sent to us and we did have follow questions because time ran short - the issue someone else, not Chris. He handled a complex situation like a pro and even refunded us some money because the inspection report was slightly delayed getting out.He has put up with my million and one questions!Overall, would very much recommend, enjoyed working with him so far and he has made himself available in the future as well.

Chris was amazing!! My husband and I were purchasing our first home and Chris was super accommodating. Thanks to his incredible thoroughness and report, we were able to understand the true condition of the home. With this information, we actually walked away from an offer we had on a home.
