Greyhound Bus Terminal

It's a bus station and all that goes along with it. It's not particularly clean and tends to smell weird to bad. It often has pigeons wandering around and attracts weirdos that hang around. The staff are clearly doing their best but it's a busy semi-public space in downtown. It's not a place you go to unless you have specific business there which is generally to leave.

Greyhound Station is located on Carden Street. It is Open Air waiting area. During severe weather conditions you can wait in the GO Bus & Via main building. Watch the clock for your bus departure. Public washrooms available but unless you are seriously Desperate. I would wait for after boarding, it is Alot private.

This is no more than a small shed in a car park, it isn't terrible but there isn't anything there. The one staff member in the shed was very sassy but Greyhound in general is pretty good staff wise so she may have just been having an off day! Quite close to some good cafes though!

I feel I can't even give them a 1 star review. I have been commuting from Guelph to Kitchener for about 4-5 months now... I have had to take on average 2-3 Uber's per month due to the bus being more then an hour late. The only reason I have not taken more Uber's is because sometimes I am actually able to wait the hour or more but, it is still time I will never get back. 90% of the employees I have dealt with are miserable, rude and ill-informed. I have had drivers try to deny my month pass on weekends (not sure why it is called a month pass if I can't use it every day of the month). It is unfortunate, that at this time I still have to be a customer of Greyhound... I recommend any other form of transit if possible.

No parking at new location , poor security, crack heads roaming around looking for butts on the ground at 5am talking to themselves.Bus stop across the street from meth clinic! Must stay with wife until bus arrives at 5am.

I was very disappointed in the customer service at the Greyhound terminal. The woman at the front desk was very slow and inefficient. She also had her phone out and was texting at some point. When I got to the front I had asked how much a ticket was to Kitchener. She almost finished processing the order but didnt understand that I didnt want to buy a ticket - I just wanted to know the cost.How is it that the price of a ticket to Kitchener is approximately the same as a ticket to Toronto? This is a rip off. I ended up taking an uber with one other person and this was almost the same price as the Greyhound.

The bus did not stop at the University Center Loop while I was standing at the correct terminal. Called them and they said you can catch the next bus no problem. Guess what? The next bus never showed up and the customer service office was closed. Had to stay over at my friends place when I had to work in a different city the next day. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely garbage. Website said bus was delayed until 630pm, it comes at 5:11pm and leaves. Offers no customer support on the issue. Do yourself a favor and do not even consider Greyhound.

So this is the new and improved bus terminal ? The one without parking ? The temporary shed-portable in the car park across from the Police Station was much more convenient for picking up passengers. If there is, in fact, parking or a pick-up area in this new facility, someone, please illuminate me.

Fist bus on Thursday never came, and missed my transfer.Tried to leave Friday and the bus was 2 hours delayed, and I missed the same transfer two days in a row.Asked for a refund and was told I have to wait until after my original trip's tickets were no longer valid (5 days) to even call and try to get the refund.
