My husband and I were in awe by the incredible service we received from Charlotte for our staycation care. She brought and watch our fluffy baby Paddington during our wedding. She helped with him being in our wedding ceremony and pictures while keeping him calm and providing amazing care of him while we were busy with other wedding festivities. She really need help make the night perfect for us and left us feeling at ease knowing our baby was in good hands. Can't say enough amazing things!

We've been using BWD since 2018 for walks for our sweet Piper and they are great! We recently scheduled our first staycation for Piper and we are really happy with how well Amy Schaub took care of our precious girl. Piper is on several medications, including twice daily immunotherapy drops and we were quite anxious about leaving her. We received detailed twice daily updates about how everything was going along with pictures, which really helped us relax and enjoy our vacation. We will continue with BWD for both walks and staycations!

I am so happy to found BWD for our new puppy. All the walkers are caring and professional. Getting an update about the walk is a great way to know that everything went well so I do not have to worry while I am at work. Their website and booking system are amazing! So easy to quickly book and cancel appointments. I definitely would recommend BWD for all your dog needs.

We had a fantastic experience with BWD from start to finish - from the consult, to the booking and website experience, to the in-person training session. Stephanie worked with us to help us better understand our dog's behaviour, and how to work with her at home - from games, to commends, to human behaviour that influences pet behaviour. She also gave us practical, hands-on tips for walking and provided us with numerous options on a trial and error basis. We finally found an option that worked best for our 1.5 year old golden, and we've already seen excellent results on walks. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using BWD for a year now and only have the best things to say! I was always nervous about getting a dog walker for my reactive and stubborn dog but they have been amazing. Their app, the updates and the service they provide have been excellent. I recommend this service, as well as their staycation service, to anyone with a dog in Ottawa. It’s so nice to be able to trust and rely on someone to take care of our little dude while we’re at the office.

If you have a nervous/reactive dog and you're not sure if hiring a dog walker is even possible, reach out to BWD.They did an assessment while we were out of the house and we were concerned about how our dog would do.It went well and BWD dog walkers did a great job with our dog! His leash manners have improved and we have been so much more confident about how to introduce our friends to him.Well worth every penny!They also offer courses, send report cards" and photos after each walk and have amazing support."

We met with Stephanie about a month ago for a session with my 5yr old dog and it has been amazing walking with him since. Little things you don't think about that are affecting your walking. Don't get me wrong we still have a long way to go but this foundation Stephanie has helped us build will help make us better walkers. I would totally recommend

So happy that I booked a Comprehensive Walk Training session for our nervous dog. Charlotte was so kind and had so many tips and tools to share with me. I'm looking forward to using what I've learned to improve walks with my dog. I would definitely recommend booking this session if you are struggling with walking or training your dog.
