It was fast and easy to get an appointment. You also receive text messages letting you know who will be coming to perform service and when. Jean Luc was great. Although he was not able to repair the issue but guided me and provided me options on how to fix. He was friendly and understanding. Recommended for anyone looking for HVAC techs.

Highly recommend! I've used their service twice in the last year for two unrelated issues with my AC. Both times, Mathieu was able to quickly help me over the phone to prevent further damage to my AC and Jean-Luc repaired appropriately in timely fashioned. What I specifically appreciated was that they were able to come quickly considering the heat wave, and all of that at a fair price.

The office person was extremely pleasant. The technician, Jean-Luc, was personable and knowledgeable. He arrived on time. The workd was done quickly and he showed me what I needed to do myself so the equipment works at it's best. From start to finish the whole experience was top notch. I am a renter so I cannot comment on the cost for the service. Based on what I could assess, I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from the call centre agent, to the technician, Jean-Luc , and finally, Mathieu! Service is impeccable, they all takes the time to listen to the issue and to try to assist on the phone and if can’t be fixed, will send the technician. Jean-Luc would arrive on time the three times I called the service, would do his best to find tge issue and takes the time to show me how to better function the system and also my ventilation. Highly recommended!
