High Priced Fasteners

Today was the third time I have visited this Fastenal and the third time I was completely disappointed.The parking spaces and entry were ice- and snow--covered. It was difficult to get into the store. They must assume every customer drives a 4x4.We asked if they may have a bearing, the clerk didn't even ask what size/type. He said, nope. So we turned to go. I said, um, online Fastenal has bearings. And he said, what is it for? (um, why would it matter what it's for if you don't sell bearings...?)We ended up leaving and will not go back there. Third time's a charm? Um, absolutely nothing charming about that place, from the exterior of the store to the horrible customer service.

Excellent customer service and knowledge, just like a small town store. Small store, but stocked with twice with what you would think the space would allow and they can order what they don't have. Highly recommend this location. Well priced!
