Dr Yang is top notch. I was in Vancouver from USA to go on a cruise. Day before cruise I had a dental emergency. They took me right in and fixed me up so I could go on my cruise. Best dentist Ive ever used. Was extremely nervous because i had to quickly find a dentist in a country Ive never even been to. You can believe all the 5 star reviews. Highly skilled and professional!

Been a patient for 6+ years and the entire Royal Dental team are absolutely amazing. They are patient, kind, help with any questions that you have about insurance, and make you feel genuinely appreciated as a patient. Doctor Bernhauser is always very gentle and puts you at ease as much as possible.

Kind front desk staff, medical staff is thorough and I always leave feeling great about my teeth and smile. They make booking appointments easy. Dr. Ryan Bernhauser is the best! Highly recommend their practice.

It was easy to book a last minute appointment for an emergency visit. Very helpful, kind, efficient staff. My young yet very capable doctor, Nicholas Thomas, was great. Very pleased to have found Royal Center Dental Group for my dental care. Will be my to go dental clinic.

The dentist and the dental assistants here are good so it’s unfortunate that the front staff at RCDG is absolutely terrible. They are consistently rude and incompetent and unable to apologize for the obvious errors they make. I was quoted around $1300 for a crown and was later told the cost was actually $1600. I selected my insurance coverage option based on this inaccurate quote and hence received the wrong amount of coverage. When I mentioned this to front staff, they simply said that the girl who told me that was new and that they wouldn't be able to honor the quote and I'd just have to pay partially out of pocket. No apology or acceptance of fault! I asked them if they could at least waive the $100 deposit they require on the phone to make up for the poor customer service and was again denied.I booked two crown appointments one week apart as my insurance coverage was ending at the end of the month so I had to quickly get the crown done. The front staff knew this and booked me in. On the day of the first appointment, they started freaking out and mentioning the lab typically requires 2 weeks to deliver the crown and started frantically calling the lab to get it on time. Why on earth would you book the patient for a crown in 1 week if you know it normally takes 2 weeks? Why would you not call the lab in advance? Again, no apology and instead I was talked down to in a very condescending tone.I am coordinating 2 insurance plans and sent the front staff the info they needed to send my claim to my secondary plan. It turns out they just sent it again to my primary plan! They did not document which plan they had sent it to and asked me to email them the info I had already emailed them. Again, no apology. After messing up my claim, is it so difficult to search my name in your email so the info pops up? Do you really need me to re-send it to you? I will now have to follow up with them for each claim just to make sure I get reimbursed as the front staff are seriously incapable of doing their job.

Really impressed, travelling from England and I managed to spectacularly break a tooth. Phoned up 9am on a Monday, was in the chair with Dr Phillips 45 minutes later for damage control and smoothing, follow up appointment the next day to fill in the hole and make good.Very very reassuring, everyone was so kind and helpful to a patient 7500km from home.

All the staff at the Royal Centre Dental Group are professional, helpful, friendly and kind. Some are even extremely entertaining. Who knew going to the dentist could be so much fun!

Dr. Bernhauser was really friendly and professional. He was so attentive to detail throughout the examination. His explanations were very clear and easy to grasp. Thanks Ryan!Also, a receptionist, Alex was so friendly too. She made me feel comfortable the moment I arrived at the place. It's so true that those who were born in July are nice people!!I'm excited about going there for tooth cleaning .

Went for teeth cleaning. Mariam is very friendly and kind. She takes really good care of her patients and makes sure patient is comfortable throughout the procedure. Definitely recommend her if you want to get teeth cleaned.
