Horrible company, so quick to scam. Doors are of poor quality. Save your money and go to Home Depot. Their salesperson John is a crook.

Beautiful windows. The center is only open to appointments but a sales person saw us come out of our car and offered for us to look quickly and answer questions which was so helpful given the long drive to get there!

Mike and Jason at Loewen’s Oakville office are very professional and helpful. I contacted three window companies for my new house construction. Only Loewen’s quote listed prices for each window, and provided product details. The window sizes on the quote were accurate. Impressive paperwork! Mike and Jason took time to show and explain about their products. Loewen windows come with high quality using Douglas fur instead of pine. Later I had a change for one item, Mike took time to accommodate my needs. They have great customers care and after sale service.

We have all loewen windows and doors at our cottage that are 21 years oldand never had an issue. We built a house in 2010 and used loewen for allwindows and doors and had lots of issues. Snow and ice come through ourfrench doors. The glass is going foggy in many windows and we had onereplaced already. Not sure the quality is there anymore.

The worst product ever. The only thing worse is their service. Think window seals going all the time, windows shattering for no reason, support pieces falling off and talk about air infiltration...so much cold air puddles form on the floor. Horrible company and people.
