Amazing staff here! Sarah was extremely helpful and pleasant, she even helped me pick out my frames since I was so indecisive and made great points against what worked with my face shape! Stephanie Leroux (the optometrist) was also very nice and made my experience very relaxed, especially since I hadn't been to an optometrist in several years. 10/10, very happy I chose LensCrafters in the New Sudbury Center! :)

All of the ladies here were fantastic! Including Dr Leroux, she was an absolute gem. It was very welcoming and comfortable an they didn’t hawk over us like we were going to steel something which I love. We have never had a better experience choosing glasses before. We look forward to returning in the future

Staff are very professional and are there to help you answer any questions you might have and to ensure your appointment goes as smoothly as possible. They have a great selection of glasses and can offer you choices at a price that meets your budget. Kudos to the staff at the front desk on both sides for being very helpful and very kind.
