Excellent clean space. Great service.Had an activity room with shuffle board and pool table for us to use for free. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.Would definitely book again - great for a family as there was 4 individual rooms in each “apartment” with a double bed in each. Common space with tv, kitchenette and dining table. There were 2 full bathrooms to use as well.We were very impressed that our suite also had one bedroom and bathroom that was fully wheelchair accessible! Great accommodations

We were assigned a room adjacent to the activity lounge. The room contained a ping pong table that was used by students until 4 am the first night, after 3am the second night.The music, activities made it impossible to sleep, the second night I got up and dressed, told them I couldn’t sleep, they quieted down a bit, still too loud to sleep.There is no information provided to contact the front desk or security, these rooms should be secured at ‘quiet hours’.I brought my concerns/suggestions to RCC management, I received a ‘fuzzy’ ‘sorry’ response. I expected a little more after two nearly sleeplessness nights.

I stayed a night at stayrcc London (Merlin) in a four bedroom suite with a group of friends for a wedding. Check in and parking were easy. The suite was spacious, modern and meticulously clean. Bedrooms were bright with large windows and high ceilings. The double beds were much appreciated. Made good use of the full sized fridge for our late night pizza leftovers. Would gladly stay again!! Great value!

Apartments with 4 bedrooms were rented. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the staff is polite and friendly. Reasonable price.

My daughter and I stayed one night so we could go on a campus tour. Stayed in Merlin building, it was very clean, spacious, very affordable, staff on duty was very friendly and incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The employees were friendly, the beds in the rooms were comfy and big inside loved that it had 2 bathrooms and everyone had their own space, beautiful lounge area with amble sunlight that comes in on the main floor. Property was clean, building was clean and the coffee/tea station was always stocked and is right at the main entrance so you can grab one on way in or out.Overall a great experience, wonderful place and would definitely come back!!

It was ok for it being a residence but I would have much preferred to pay the extra money to stay at an Airbnb or hotel. The pillows and beds were awful, bring your own pillow. Very small showers and no room service for more than a 3 night stay. The staff were ok nice enough but not very welcoming and did not know much about our stay for the wedding block that was booked. Our keys cards stopped working on the day of checkout, made it difficult to come and go the morning of checkout. They also warned us of a power outage that did not seem to happen so added extra stress for no reason.

I was in London for a Dragonboat Festival. The rooms were perfect. Most of my team stayed at the Fanshawe Residence. The rooms were large and clean. Loved the location as well with everything we needed within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
