The owner of restaurant doesnot ask for the movable toilet. Maybe someone orders. They put it in front of the restaurant. Please see enclosed photo. Does it make sense? Make a complaint to them a week. Still donot move it to an appropriate area. It is really bad management. The manager of customer services promises to contact the person who made this order. I will still update the processing until it is removed. How many days do they remove it？

I give 100/100 to the company and especially Rick, the truck driver, who comes out to my building as and when needed. Highly Professional....NEVER did have any issues or delays in the garbage and recyclables removal. I will recommend this company if anyone wants to try, I have been using them since 2009 though.

Wonderful company.They are the Sportchek" of Toilets/Fence/waste bins/ propane and so on. Premium service/premium product.You can go to Walmart (the others toilet/fence/waste bin) companies and buy cheap "george" clothing.Or you can go with SUPERSAVE and get Nike

Giving Super Save Group a one star is generous. Super Save is a corrupt company who uses unethical sale tactics to trick you into getting your signature on their agreement. Sabrina, a sales representative, came into our office offering a low rate compared to our present hauler. She asked when our current contract was due. We weren't sure; she advised that wasn't a problem, to expedite the process, we can sign the agreement and if our contract wasn't up for renew, she would not send in the paperwork. After reviewing our current contract, it was concluded that we still had over two years left. I notified Sabrina right away via phone call and email, that we would not be able to go forward. She told us she understood that we could not move forward and that she would contact us closer to our renewal. This was a total LIE, she immediately sent in the paperwork and sent a registered letter to our current hauler cancelling their service, which would cost us a $2000 penalty. They are trying to hold us to a signature that they obtained by lies. They are bound and determined to put a bin our our property even though we are in a contract with another provider and have told them under no circumstances do we want their bin. After reading the complaints online, I saw that they reach out and tell you to contact their resolutions email to resolve any issues, nothing but another lie. I did exactly that, and you guessed it, no response. This company is corrupt and only survives on duping the public. If any sales reps show up at your place of business, show them the door to prevent the headache they have planned for you.

We have been using Super Save at our company for at least the last 6 years I have been here. All of the guys that have been tending to us monthly have been friendly. We have Doug right now for the last little while and he is very courteous, always friendly and most of all, comes during our business hours so we aren't left waiting or missing him! He leaves his big waste bin outside the door and hauls the recycle out so it doesn't cause too much noise for our front staff. We really appreciate him thinking of the little things and going above and beyond for our company. Thank you Doug and Super Save!

Super save is a great company that helps the city of Edmonton dispose of residential and commercial waste. Rick B has been working with us for years now and he’s amazing ! He’s very quick and efficient with having our bins picked up and dropped off. He is there whenever we need, gets the job done and is just an overall great person to work with :).

My business has used Supersave for several years and always had great service. Even the couple challenges that we have encountered have always been handled quickly with grace.Supersave is a Winner in my books and I look forward to being a customer for years to come.
