My insurance company had offered me a very low ball offer for my Mercedes GLK, as it was a total loss. I called Terry and we met the next day to appraise my car. Belaire-direct had offered me $25,500. Terry's appraisal was in the range of $29,500 to $31,500. The company had already made their best and final offer of $27,500. In the end, the company revised their offer to $30,500, and I have Terry to thank for that
