She is so quick! She did a perfect job threading my eyebrows, i couldnt stop looking at them in the mirror. By far the best threading i've ever had and only $7. Its better to bring cash, although to use their debit machine its an extra $2 which is cheaper than pulling out cash from most atm's that are not from your bank.

She is very sweet and quick. I said I was growing my brows and I just wanted a clean up and I find she made them a lot smaller and a weird shape, not following where the arch is naturally. I really wanted to like this place based on the reviews and whatnot but the shaping and only checking in once the hair was already gone was disappointing.

I made the big mistake of not going to my usual threading parlour and instead coming here! Now I'm left with horribly thin and generic-shaped eyebrows that will take months to even out, despite my clear request for just a clean-up. Neelam tried to give the excuse that she 'had' to thin out both to make up for an apparent gap! I've been doing my eyebrows for 20 years and have never had this issue. If she did notice something, she should have at least asked if I'm open to changing . Also note that the place is really untidy.

I've been going to see Neelam for at least 5 years now and I will never go elsewhere! She is always so accommodating. I have very fair and sensitive skin and she takes her time to make sure I don't turn into a tomato! I would definitely recommend for any waxing and threading needs. :)

Honestly, this is the best place to thread your eyebrows in Montreal. After having some bad experiences in other salons in Montreal (over plucked brow mishap), I had to wait for my eyebrows to grow back before plucking them. After seeing the positive reviews, I went to Neelam. I came out of it more than happy. She really is the eyebrow expert! She asked me if I wanted thick eyebrows, to which I said yes, and i'm so happy with what she did! She really cares about her clients, especially about what they want and theirs expectations. Plus, she is so nice. Thank you so much Neelam! (note that the payment is made by cash only)
