Great Lakes Eye Centre

Over a period of several months I have had glaucoma diagnosis and treatment and eye lid surgery. In all of my many appointments I have been most impressed with the friendly and professional staff and the excellant treatment received from Dr Calotti. I am fortunate to have been referred to such a great team.

Dr. Calotti and the staff at the Great Lakes centre very kind , welcoming , and Very professional and honest , over 5 years I do micro needling and RF , always happy and amazed of the results , thank you so much Dr Calotti and the staff .

Dr Calotti and his staff are great! I have recently had eye surgeries for left and right eye cataracts. I was initially apprehensive but was soon put at ease. Their care was outstanding and my vision is great! Rest assured that you will be in very talented and capable hands should you need their services

Dr Calotti was very good at doing my 2 cataract surgeries. It is amazing how bright the colours are now, and how good the colours are on a dull day. With the first eye I could see the dash by the 3rd week. With the second eye I could see by the 2nd week. I can now use 150 for reading glasses. I feel my eyesight is still improving.Dave Gordon

What a wonderful staff from Dr. Calotti and each of the staff members. Recently had laser sugery, everything was well communicated, efficient, and very friendly. Definately felt like I was in good hands!!!!

In the Fall of 2022, Dr. Calotti indicated that I have dry eyes and recommended IPL treatments. After attending an information session at Great Lakes Eye Centre, I put my faith in Dr. Calotti and agreed to the treatments. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and the pain that I had in my eyes is now GONE. While I was doing the IPL treatments, I asked staff for recommendations on good quality sunscreens and Rachel recommended AlumierMD which is BY FAR the best sunscreen I have ever used. No stingy sensation, not greasy but it is very versatile - it also has a light beige tint to it which I find is just enough coverage as if I had used foundation. The price is extremely reasonable especially since I barely use foundation anymore as this sunscreen has just the right amount of beige coverage. If you have pain in your eyes, I strongly recommend you ask your optometrist for a referral to Dr. Calotti. Ask him about IPL and if you would be a good candidate. You WILL NOT be disappointed with the results and you will be very pleased with the level of care from him and his staff, especially Rachel who is the Treatment Coordinator.

Dr. Calotti and the staff of the Great Lakes Eye Centre are fabulous. The staff are always professional, courteous and willing to help and answer any questions. Dr. Calotti is an excellent doctor, I recently had a pterygium removed, and understandably nervous, well I didn't need to be, the surgery went well and I received excellent follow up care. I also have to comment on how efficient the office operates, they have excellent processes and procedures to ensure your time and Dr Calotti's is not wasted, I was amazed with how efficient and productive their operation is. If you need any of the services that Dr Calotti provides I would not hesitate to get a referral, you will not be disappointed, and you will receive the best possible care.

The best of the best!! While I was in the waiting room I had asked people about the Dr.'s performance every single person said the same thing..he is the best!! When it was my turn to see him , he put me at ease,,took the time to explain my eye condition to me..reassured me..he is the best !!! thank you and the staff is so accommodating!! I trust them all!!

Great friendly staff... Girls at the front desk have always been very helpful to me over the years, and his assistants, very good and very professional. Never had an issue here, even when i have been late or when i have forgotten my appointment. (something not normal by me).
