As a single, working mom with 7 kids living in my house I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to spend the money on a cleaner.... I tried scheduling kids to help and spending hours after work cleaning. I was exhausted. I finally decided I’d try a cleaning company once and see how I felt. Well I came home today to a cleaner house then when I moved in! There was fancy little stamps on my toilet paper rolls and my bed looked like it was from a magazine, BEST OF ALL everything was shining!!! No smeared handprints all over every appliance and wall!!!! ( sigh of relief) I honestly felt like I was walking into a hotel ( or the wrong house) I am convinced now and will have These amazing ladies back in every week going forward! Thank you so much to Jen and her crew you guys made this mom seriously happy! Now I can enjoy time with the kids and less time breaking my back scrubbing!!!

Amazing clean. Top notch service. I have been really hesitant with hiring a cleaning company after several negative experiences, but Maid in KW has definitely turned me around. Maid in KW is absolutely sensational!As a conscious mother to a beautiful toddler it is important to me and my family that my home is free of chemicals. I couldn’t believe how many horrible ingredients are in all of our traditional cleaning supplies... I was so relieved to find Maid in KW as they clean without the use of ANY chemicals!As I walked through the door after a long day at work I was welcomed with a freshly made bed, beautifully folded towels and a sparkling clean floor ...and and and!!! I was speechless! Not to mention the fact that I was able to have a tree planted in Brazil...what a unique touch.Thank you so much Maid in KWYou are a gem!

Relentless Attention to Detail & Supporting a Local Business that Cares About its StaffI've had my house cleaned twice so far, each time was wonderful, and I could not recommend Maid in KW's services enough. The cleaners that visited not only tackled my hard-water stained taps (a local KW specialty) but also every visible nook and cranny - from the underside of toilets to the dirt & debris trapped at the base of my sliding patio door. Those areas alone are places I would never think to clean myself and well worth getting a professional clean.Appreciate the excellent communication via the online booking system and alignment with progressive social values. This business not only uses eco-friendly products but also supports a living wage for its staff. My household has two people working from home, so I had asked that my appointment be moved outside the 9-5 slot but the owner Jen, explained that most of the cleaners were mothers or individuals who had to look after the household and these hours allowed them to manage that. I value commitment to employees and for a bit of inconvenience it's worth it to support a small business that does the same.For context and those wondering how long a service takes, I live in a 3 bedroom bungalow. The first visit was a 'Deep Clean' which required 3 hours of cleaning including the finished basement + bathroom/shower which had not been cleaned in years. The second visit only required a shorter 2 hour visit. Each time I received reminders from the online booking system as well as from the cleaners on the day of.Each time the cleaners arrive I discuss which areas need to be prioritized first and any items that need special attention. The staff were able to clean around my office while I was working with minimal disruptions. After my first session I gave feedback to the owner Jen, she was very open to changes and happy to incorporate my request for the second visit.In summary, this is not a budget option by far but the high quality clean and ability to support a small business with wonderful values makes it well worth the price paid.

With 3 young children the cleaning is constant so I decided to hire Maid in KW and was so impressed with their level of detail and chemical free cleaning products. Would definitely recommend them as my house was sparkling clean afterwards!!

Was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I felt good knowing the cleaning products were environmentally friendly and the service was top notch! So happy with the results that I signed up on the spot to be a regular client! The air quality check and tree planting were the icing on the cake! You can't go wrong with Maid in KW!

I had them come in to do a deep clean after we had some renovations done. I had walked them through the house when they arrived and went over everything I wanted done as well as left a complete list. They definitely did not do a deep clean let alone a regular cleaning. They didn’t do even half of the things I had discussed and the things they did do, were not done well. I had spoken with who I believe is the owner the same day and expressed my concerns which were quickly addressed. She was great to deal with and offered to send the cleaners back but I was so disappointed with the work that was done, I opted to do it myself.
