I really felt the personal touch from Daniel when I took my car to Butch's. Very happy with the interaction, customer service experience, and the work done on my vehicle. He made me feel that I wasn't just a number, which can be rare in service industry these days. I highly recommend Daniel and his crew for car service needs.

Butchs was recommended to me when my mechanic retired. I am picky about who works on my 36-year-old vintage sports car. Dan was awesome! The car required a list of mechanical and maintenance work; some small but important things.Dan and the team were very thorough at going through the vehicle and pinpointing some real potential trouble items if not fixed. One part was particularly difficult to locate and Dan truly went the extra mile in locating a suitable replacement part.He spent a long time explaining each component of the items to be worked on and explained that some could wait and some could not. I got him to to the lot in one go and when I picked it up days later, it ran like a new vehicle with so much more power and response. Dan spend a lot more time going over the work he did and explained everything in great detail. His knowledge of older vehicles is quite extensive.I highly recommend Butchs for anyone requiring quality work, attention to detail and professional knowledge at competitive prices. Thanks Dan! She runs like a charm and I feel much safer now everything has had a thorough inspection and repairing.

10*I had to tow my truck there and leave it overnight. They went through my truck and gathered any belongings they could, and put it all in a box for me. That box was brought into their shop after hours, ensuring my belongings would not entice someone to break into it.Thanks for the due diligence and quality work Everyone!!

I rarely give out 5 star reviews but I have absolutely no complaints over the ten years that I have been going here. For the price it is well worth it. Daniel (and Butch previously) have always been good to my family and I.One day I got into a car accident. I called Daniel and he helped me diagnose whether my vehicle was drivable to get it to him. I was able to limp my vehicle to his shop where he came right out, inspected the front end(where the damage was) he did his best to temporarily fix the front (bumper and headlights) so it was drivable until I could get the body fixed. He didn't charge me for that emergency visit, which was super kind.He frequently gives me good deals or will do free work for small things (even if I try to pay him). They are very transparent and honest. I would highly recommend this shop.

My daughter’s beetle had an exhaust leak. After speaking with another shop about it and having yet another shop look at it, I was afraid she was looking at an enormous bill? I called Butch’s and had a conversation with Daniel. He was honest and up front about what he could and couldn’t do for her and gave us an appointment. He was confident and gave me a sense of security on the phone. (rare these days) . When we picked up the car I was shocked at his price! It was far lower and he did what was needed. Not a new catalytic converter like the others wanted to do. All it needed was a short peice of pipe. This man has a new customer. My family will be getting our work done there from now on! It’s nice to see that there are still family run shops with honest people running them! Great job Daniel! Thank you!
