Edit: Following our bad experience with the technician as noted below, I’m overall satisfied with the experience. The manager reached out as soon as I wrote my original review. He came down with the technician to make sure the job was completed properly. I really appreciated that and the work was completed properly. Only one note, I’d recommend the technician to wear gloves since couple of my walls are messy.We had a really bad experience with John with our warranty work. First of all when he came in, he didn’t even look around (he was still taking his shoes off) and he said that majority of what we marked was not covered with the warranty. We are pretty reasonable but he expected him to at least look at it. We have really big nails popping up on our sealing by the stairs and he said he will not fix them because he would need to bring a bigger stair so it seems too much work for him and decided not do it. On the top, he did not want to fix big cracks cause he said they are paint cracks which they are not. Also, I was going to show him a drywall crack that I found but didn’t mark and he said immediately before I even show him where the crack was that that was a paint crack. Once he was done, he left a huge mess behind including damaging the carpet, lots of dust in the floor and mud in areas where there was nothing to fix so creating a mess for our walls.
