One Hour Cleaners

I took a cotton cardigan with a collar (picture attached) here and when I came to pick up I was told they were charging me as if it was a coat, not a sweater. Definitely felt like a money grab considering this was an unlined knit cardigan and they saw the collar and felt there was an opportunity to upcharge. Would never go back.

Always great job and the only One Hour place in town! Staff are friendly too!

Had some gravey spilt on my jacket, it didn't get deep into the fabric or anything, i could have washed it myself but decided i should just take it in since i have to pay for laundry in my building anyways. Not again, one hour cleaners? Try 24 hours, and then it wasn't even fully clean! $25 i won't be getting back, i still have gravey on the coller, it's again not deep in the fabric, i can scrape it off with my fingernail, how is that still there?!?

I used One Hour Cleaners to clean my wedding dress and they were great. I walked in and they were very helpful. My dress was beaded and I was worried I may lose some beads during cleaning as reviews at other cleaners had suggested this may occur but no damage occurred during my cleaning. They even got the red wine stain out of the dress!

Took clothes in and they were done very quickly and efficiently. Customer service was excellent they went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute drycleaning. I highly recommend One Hour Cleaners.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OWNERIt is a shame that one single bad experience damaging one of my favourite shirts in a very odd way, and the uncalled reaction of the owner, after been a loyal customer for over 15 years wanted me to stop supporting this business.This was the first time we had to deal with the owner over these years - His employees in the other hand, they were always kind and helpful (Don't understand how they can work under his leadership, lack of tact, and poor manners) - The lack of customer service and empathy by the owner not just amongst us with the situation, but to his employees in front of us was shocking. It is very strange, that as a business owner he doesn't value customers; specially loyal ones that brings not just our own business, but also services for my clients dry cleaning needs.________Based upon the owner response I have the following to say.1.- First of all it is a Ted Baker Dress Shirt Short Sleeve, not a Polo Shirt.2.- Our above review was about you, the owner and your bad customer service (Your personal attitude and lack of empathy). I was a client of this establishment for over 15 years and this was my first complaint to you or your business. * I have given 15 reviews in Google (all 5 star) - This is the very first one with one star.3.- I wish that the funds for the shirt to be applied for YOU the owner of One Hour Cleaners to take a Customer Service Course or purchase a book about Customer Service. This way your business, your family and your employees will not have to lose business due to your lack of ability to address, in a proper manner, customer issues.

We have been loyal customers of One Hour Cleaners for years and have always had good service but I think we will be taking our business elsewhere. There appears to be a new owner and he’s very rude. Today while picking up our shirts was an awful experience.First, he had trouble finding our shirts and berated his staff in front of me on an issue with finding our account in the computer.Second, on our last pickup a shirt was damaged in a very odd way with symmetrical rips/holes in the front. We had brought it in for them to investigate the issue. The rude owner today lectured me on how his machines and processes could never produce such an issue. It was clear he had no intention of admitting any fault or offering any form of compensation. Not even to offer a refund of the fee we paid to have the shirt dry cleaned. It’s not really about the money, but how we were treated.It is really too bad because the staff are really great but when the owner treats his staff and customers this way, its time to move on.
