Who would have thought that you could make a repair call at noon on a Friday, and it would be fixed by 5 !!We had our washing machine stop working mid-cycle just as we were starting to do the week's laundry. I picked Flash and was glad I did. From the minute the phone was politely answered to the time the time the pleasant and informative repair man showed up was 2 hours. He described the issue, informed me at every critical step, luckily had the part in his truck, and cleaned up after himself better than we do :)I would highly recommend Flash Repair.

ISSUE was my dryer had stopped heating during the drying process: Called this service, was given an initial cost estimate for a repair visit, after my acceptance of quote was given an appointment 2 days later . The service man arrived on time, courteously removed his overboots in the house, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it to me, and told me he had the part required for the repair in stock in his truck. He told me what the total cost would be for the repair and whether he should go ahead, to which I agreed. The service man finished his work quickly, cleaned up the area, reviewed next step with me and what documents/pieces I had to store away. Paid the bill and now have a fully functioning dryer again. The process could not have gone any smoother. I have nothing to compare the service to in terms of cost, overall I found it reasonable and if the dryer lasts another 4 or 5 years it will have been worth the investment. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional.
