My favorite nail salon, everyone is friendly and do excellent work!

Not what I wanted. Absolutely awful experience. The staff are kind but don't listen to what you want, only what they're willing to do. Also, the price! I have never spent so much money on a manicure! Would not recommend.

I’m generally not a manicure and pedicure fan. Seems like I get my nails done and they chip before I get home. The girls at Professional Nails do such an amazing job - both the manicure and pedicure last - never have had a chip and the best part - I’ve been able to garden and my nails still look great. Plan to have fun as well. Super personalities and great energy are the vibe at this salon. I can not recommend this place enough- if I could give 10 stars I would ❤️

Excellent nail service here. Friendly, fast and precision on the nails and polish etc. So happy to have found this place they r great and soooo much better then so many other places.

The worse pedicure I ever got in my life!!!!then I tried to example to the owner I wasn’t happy with the service, it came to the point i had to walk out during the pedicure, then she had the audacity to charge me $35.00. She didn’t care! very abrupt, very unprofessional! I would not recommend Professional Nails.

What a great place, these ladies were fantastic. First time and they made me feel welcome and included I had a basic Manicure with no polish and a full pedi with gel polish and was in and out in an hour. Highly recommend, I will be back.

The ladies were friendly, the shop was very busy, and my experience was pleasant. I received what I asked for and was quite pleased leaving the salon. I asked for a gel toe manicure, a flower on one toe, and they did a lovely job. Only disappointment was while on vacation, and after only one week, the polish on one toe bubbled up and then completely came off. I returned the following week, called, and they repainted the toe, and apologized for the problem. So, I was very happy again! The problem was the very next day, two other toe's polish completely pealed off!? Any time I've gotten a gel toe manicure in the past at other salons, the polish lasted forever, it literally stayed on until my nail completely grew out! I googled and the internet said that the polish will bubble up and peal off if it is applied incorrectly, or, if it is not good quality polish? I'm sure that if I were to call, they would reapply the other two nails again for me, (as they accommodated me with no issues for the first one), but at this point, I don't want to have to bother. (I don't live in Fort Erie, and to have to go to the salon a third time is just a nuisance). I guess I'm just disappointed that it didn't last longer for the price that I paid. :(

Professional Nail is the absolute BOMB!!! These ladies rock and are so amazing! I’ve been coming here for the last year and I have never been to a nail salon that is so quick, efficient and not to mention FUN! These ladies are true professionals at their craft and they lane you feel like you’re a part of their sisterhood! I used to dread going out to get my nails done …. But not here! I absolutely love coming into this place. It is clean, it is friendly and sometimes the conversations are hilarious! Thanks lovelies for being awesome!

My friend and I dropped in here to see if we could both get a full set. We were told yes, they have available and are able to do our nails. Turns out they were fully booked and instead of giving us the time we were paying for they rushed through. This included very thick acrylic, not cleaning mine or my friends cuticles at all as comes with a manicure, as well NEVER asking us what shape we wanted for our nails. My nails were never shaped, or even filed. Just left as the original shape of the acrylic tip. I work with children and this shape is not conducive to my job, and was something I never would have chosen. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to ask her to do a different shape because she was just so rushed and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. So instead I ended up reshaping them myself when I got home.Additionally when I was choosing my nails I requested the same as my friend but a different colour. The technician brought over pink only and when I said “oh I’m actually not a pink person could I do something else” she got upset at me for not telling her I didn’t like pink. Though she never asked me what colours I liked and then Brought over two more of the same style in different colours that she never offered the first time. She seemed extremely rushed, rude and didn’t speak to me at all. Instead was talking to other customers and just ignoring me. She also ended up cutting my cuticle for this reason as she was extremely distracted when doing my nails.Finally, in my nails there is pieces of dirt UNDER the acrylic so no matter how much I try to clean them they always look dirty.I will not go back and regret my life choices In going there the first time.
