Kristen and I go way way back to our teenage working days, and have been following her photography for years. When I got engaged last year, this little idea seed got planted in my head that, even though Kristen lives in Toronto now, that maybe, just maybe, I could get Kristen to do our wedding photos. After not much luck in Grande Prairie, especially for the smaller package type, and price range, we were looking for, I decided to contact her. She was more than happy to travel to shoot our wedding, and my little dream came true!Kristen is AMAZING! She is a natural behind the lens! I heard good things about her from our guests, and I got to see how not only did she make us feel comfortable, she captured so many special moments throughout the day. She is very professional, and organized. She kept everything on a timeline, got all our guests organized for pictures, and was a trooper on our second location for our Couple pictures!If you want absolutely beautiful, natural, and special pictures , and with a great personality and service, Golden Birch Photography is the way to go!

I cannot praise Kristen enough for the work that she does. She was one of my wedding photographers and her attention to detail and what we were looking for in our photos has come to life with the end result. She is so organized which was so helpful and she is such a joy to be with. Kristen really takes into account the candid moments and captured them so beautifully. Kristen did a family photo shoot for us at our home! She was on time, professional and I loved how she just had captured our family so naturally. We didn’t have to be overly posed and he relaxed attitude made us feel relaxed. I asked her to take a few detailed shots of my newborn which she did beautifully and without hesitation.I will use Kristen again for our family photos!

Kristen is a gifted photographer. She is professional and warm, and provided us with the perfect amount of guidance while also getting the most natural shots. Kristen was great with us and our two year old. She engaged our daughter in the process and we have beautiful family photos thanks to her creativity and patience. We are thrilled with our family photos from our shoot with Kristen - she created exactly the vibe I was looking for and helped us to feel at ease (especially my camera shy husband and one year old with stranger danger). I cant even begin to explain how amazing of a job Kristen did for mine and my now husband Jakes wedding. She exceeded all our expectations and went above and beyond her line of dutie to capture every little moment of our wedding. I really commend her....SERIOUSLY...i was not an easy bride to deal with as i am terrible at correspondence and being organized. But she was so patient with us and even with lack of information and organization on my part she managed to capture every moment we wanted her to and then some.
