Called them to renew our mowing contract, finally got through and they told me the price doubled this year. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. They don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. My husband and I decided to renew with a new company in our area...no regrets at all. Wish I can leave a zero star rating!!!

Always the last ones to pass for snow removal in the neighbourhood... AND unprofessional! They damaged our car, didn’t even notify us or leave us any note...hit & run... they even admitted it...just horrible!

Ne pas gaspiller ton argent! C'est une entreprise sans éthique professionnelle. Aucun service et fait des mensonges souvent. Il jamais à l'heure , très mauvais travail. Il te dit arriver dans 15 mins mais après jamais se présenter.

5:15 pm a nobody has come to clear any snow. Called once at 11 and was told that they would send a message to the drivers. I saw some of their workers on my street at 4 pm and got the same answer. If you can't do the job, don't tell people you can. Very bad at their jobs. Sad.

I never dealt with this company, but guess what they call me at 8:20pm to tell me that they are preparing a quote, I politely told him you got the wrong number, he hang up on me, no apologies, fine, everybody have bad days. Guess what they keep calling me! Tells you all about the company. Be polite when you are mistakes and Get your number right!

I am very pleased with their service, last snow storm the driver helped me push my car out and was very sincere. I can see that they work hard to achieve a smiling customer. after all, they are one of the biggest residential snow removal companies in Laval.
