This is the best Tim Hortons in Milton! I have never once had an issue with my order and they always stir my tea so the sugar doesn’t sit in the bottom.

I live on the other side of town, but specifically drive to this location due to their steadfast consistency. The staff is always so friendly, and equally as efficient. I have yet to experience a lengthy wait-time, even during the busiest times of the day (although a longer wait time would be totally understandable). I'll continue to treat this location as my primary Timmies :-)

I come here often because it’s on my way to work. Staff is friendly and do a great job promoting their goodies. I just find that the coffee sometimes taste little off. Not sure if the coffee machine needs a more thorough cleaning, or it’s something else. Also has anyone found that the smiley cookies undercooked ? Or it’s just me;)?

Ordered 2 hot chocolates for my kids, take away. Almost water, just brown water with no taste or texture of hot chocolate. It was busy and May be they didn’t bother to refill/new etc. problem is you cannot tell at the spot as it’s hot and by the time you reach hike it’s already too late to go back in snow. Coffee and TimBits were fine. That’s why giving 2 stars.

Food is normally good and fresh but it starting to get frustrating that all locations have different selections of baked goods and there are things on the menu that are never in stores and I really miss the stuffed cookies not just the sugar one but the red velvet and the lemon poppy seed were to die for !!!!!

This rating is just for their wraps.This is the 3rd spicy crispy chicken wrap I've ordered from this location. NEVER AGAIN.Every single one ends up sticking to the inside of the bottom half of the box. And it refuses to slide or push out. I had to destroy the box with both hands to eat it.Not a great exercise in driver's safetyFigure it out.I also found it to be somewhat overpriced for what you get.It was fast though.....Maybe too fast?

I loved this location before but today I was underwhelmed. I asked for a vanilla iced capp WITH whip cream and my mother got a cappuccino WITH one sugar. I never got whip cream so they had to fix it first. Once we hit the road my mother realized that they didn’t in fact put any sugar in her cappuccino. Workers were nice but today they were lacking the quality of food.

I went there in the morning around 8 am on a Saturday morning and they didn't have any decaffeinated coffee, I asked why they couldn't give me answer, so I drove off and went to another Timmies for my decaf coffee.
