Had a very good experience with my annual furnace maintenance. Everything turned out to be running well, and Rodney gave a lot of general HVAC maintenance / operation tips and explained each test he was doing and why. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I actually needed an install or a repair.

Had our heat go out the other week. Aire Serv answered right away and had a tech out within 25min. A generated text sent out shortly after my call provided me with the name and background info on who was coming over which I thought was a great feature. Would absolutely call again in the future.

our furnace had died and this company was amazing to deal with they had someone over right away and ordered a part they gave us heaters in the mean time, unfortunately our part was 10-12 business days away in the middle of winter so we decided to upgrade and get a better furnace they had it installed the next day.Very friendly office staff and knowledgeable service crew !

Responsive and effective communicators. I didn’t have any clue oh how will everything be taken care of but with Air serve I didn’t have to worry about anything! I didn’t even need to show up and they did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get work done quickly, smoothly and on-time.

We hired Aire Serv to install a new furnace as well as central air into a house we just bought. The turnaround time for a appointment was great. I contacted them as soon as we closed and was able to book for less than 2 weeks later (so the Monday after we moved in). Steve and Dan were efficient, professional, and friendly. I also appreciated that they told me they both had been vaccinated as I'm immunocompromised and it provided me some peace of mind having them in my home for 2 days (they did take other covid safety precautions as well).Our AC works great and we appreciated it when it hit the mid 30s last week!

Gouge you for performing limited service. $600 to come and say there is no problem even after the technician estimated about $200. Technician was nice though.

Hired to install new heating system and also duct cleaning. Sales person was decent to deal with and so was the office manager. Installation technicians were nice enough to deal with but the quality of work was poor. They also didn't clean up after themselves. Hired another company to install a gas fireplace, their gas guy charged me another 500$ to fix the installation issues from Aireserv. No issues with the duct cleaning

Aire Serv Thunder Bay installed a new High Efficiency Furnace. The experience through the entire process from sales, through installation, to their follow-up customer satisfaction call was all quite satisfactory. All of the Aire Serve staff I dealt with were very accommodating and eager to satisfy me, their customer. Provided very good customer service. I had an emergency situation and they handled it quickly with exceptional service. Everything was handled by telephone and I was given clear plans for repair. They pinpointed the problem within minutes and had it fixed in under 30 min and still no issues a month later. They also worked with me in my situation and I appreciate that. I enjoying being treated as an actual person.
