HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL!!!! They breakfast is said to be service between 07:30 - 10:30am on the weekends. We went for breakfast at 08:50am and there was NO MORE FOOD at ALL!!No plates, No cutlery. Management told us to wait a few minutes, we waited 45mins and still nothing. Many guests including myself complained and were very disappointed. We paid for a hotel & paid more for breakfast yet no breakfast was available! Definitely NOT staying here again!!

Hello, Let me 1st say I am currently here now staying on the 3rd floor on the 2nd day of 6 nights. I will start with the positives. The room is very clean, the bathroom very clean. The pool/hot tub looks very nice. The free hot breakfast was average to above. Not sure why they server bake beans but would have enjoyed refried or black beans. However NO, hot sauce when I asked for some? Pricing was ok. The staff has been very nice & helpful & speak English. Location is great as I am here for work training & less than 5 min away. Room has ample power for electronics. The king bed very comfortable!! I slept hard after very long day of travel which never happens. The complementary shampoo was nice.Now for objective thoughts. Some things might seem petty but are some considerations after 1.5 of 6 days. The small fridge in room is the tiniest I've seen at any HOTEL, does NOT even have a freezer section. However, does have a light in it which was a surprise for such a tiny unit, but couldn't control temp to make colder? Website says microwave available, YES on the main floor somewhere near front desk. Also, ice machine down the hall from front desk, remember I'm on the 3rd floor. No ice bag to put into ice bucket for sanitary reason. No soap dish for used soap. Complementary soap was so tiny about the size of 2 Cheez-It crackers. No bag for dirty laundry or laundry service? Tv channels had poor selections & even less English speaking channels but hey French is predominant here. I emailed the hotel couple days before arrival & still no reply to 3 different email addresses. As I sit here on the bed finishing writing this, I will say I am comfortable & relax even though I am missing some typical conveniences of other national chains. If I think of anything else I will update this post if possible.

After a two night stay and multiple attempts to speak with the manager including two unanswered emails after departure, I can only conclude that this hotel has zero concerns for guest safety and would recommend you book elsewhere. I was awoken from a dead sleep from individuals trying to enter my room. Given that it was the evening of the Grand Prix, I assumed they were jovial" from the after party and simply had the room number wrong. They left

Had to stay the night in Quebec when I had a business over there. Good service, clean rooms, pretty comfortable beds, rooms were a little outdated but honestly it’s nothing bad, was a good economic choice for the night, the breakfast buffet they have is included with the purchase of a room, but it was pretty simple. A lot better than a continental breakfast forsure, definitely saved money by staying at this hotel and eating breakfast there as well so honestly overall a good experience all around.

Room was spacious, clean and had most of what is required in a room. Wash room is good too, but had to buy toothpaste. Swimming pool is small but it is good for a relaxing dip. Breakfast is nice too.

Stopped here for the night on our way back home.Rooms are standard and clean. The pool is open from 7am until 10pm , which is great if you have children. Our boys made good use of the pool, there's a hot tub and sauna too.Breakfast was decent and they start at 630, eggs , sausages and beans are the hot choices. The rest is the usual continental Breakfast. Location is great, right off A20 and easy access to Montreal.

Stayed over night while driving to Quebec. Friendly service from everyone. Clean room..overall place looks clean. Didn't use the pool. Breakfast service can be improved a bit. Most guests seem to come in towards the closing time and it messes up the service folks. Overall a decent place to stay. Many restaurants around that area..

Stayed here in a pinch. Was greeted by a lovely staff member, I believe his name was Conrad. He was super friendly and very helpful. Pool was fantastic for the kids after a long day of driving. We had a great stay!

Unfortunately on check in there was a dirty facecloth behind the room door. Not a big deal, but none the less disappointing. The buffet breakfast would have been better if the place wasn't so packed and people not being polite and pushing their way in.

Great spot to stay for cheap. Stayed during F1 race this year, decent pool and sauna for the kids. Good location for newer restaurants and amenities and shopping. Also public transit right outside the hotel. Only 20 min from downtown.
