I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt I must for this shop. I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Heart Lake Flowers. I called about half an hour before their stated closing time to inquire about having a sympathy arrangement delivered the next day (Sunday) for a wake. The lady I spoke to said they do not deliver on Sunday but offered me an option to have it delivered same night, despite the fact that they were about to close. I was surprised and so appreciative of her accommodations and speedy service. The sympathy arrangement she created was beautiful. I will definitely order from them again!

Great customer service ! I walked in needing a bouquet for a friends birthday and was immediately greeted by Karen who helped put together a beautiful bouquet! I was in and out within 15 minutes. Thanks Karen!

I recently had a bad experience with a well known florist in Toronto. I had ordered an arrangement for a funeral and the floral arrangement that I ordered came with dead flowers in it. I was horrified to say the least!So this time I decided to ask the funeral parlour what florist they recommend and they told me about Heart Lake Flowers. I called and explained what happened to me previously and I was given the reassurance that this would not happen with their service. Heart Lake Flowers worked within my budget and even sent me a photo of the flowers being sent.I was not able to go to the funeral and see the flowers. This immediately put my mind at ease!Thanks to Heart Lake Flowers!The arrangement was not only stunning but the family sent me a message telling me how beautiful the flowers were!Thank you for going that extra mile to make me feel confident I made the right choice in picking your company over the many floral shops in Brampton!

A little long over due review, however Kiran was able to create this beautiful floral arrangement in a matter of 2 hours. It was a last minute request for an unexpected funeral, and it turned out beautifully!I really recommend Heart Lake Flowers & Gifts for their professional services.Thank you!

Sadly, I'm not satisfied with the customer service or the flowers. I was told to expect colourful" arrangements for my father's funeral flowers because the store did not have enough white flowers given that the order was placed over a long weekend. After negotiating appropriate colours to compensate for the lack of white flowers

I am truly surprised this amazing florist does not have 5 stars. Want to take the time to thank them for first being very professional & second taking care of my florist needs. Amazing quick service. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement sent on rush to the funeral home. I am sure my friend whom passed suddenly loved them. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered an arrangement for my mom and the team at Heart Lake Flowers did an amazing job with the arrangement! I let them know what my mom likes and they understood well and assured me it will be in the colour scheme I provided. It was for a same day delivery and I appreciated the quick and helpful service!The flowers were fresh and beautiful! Will definitely order with them again!

I ordered 2 potted hydrangeas for delivery to my mom and mother in law for Mother’s Day this year and I had a great experience working with Heart Lake flowers & gifts. At first I was a bit disappointed to hear that my original choices were unavailable. thankfully I made these orders well in advance so the team reached out to me and let me know they got a new shipment. They offered to replace my original order with different hydrangea options that were actually better than my original choice. The deliveries were both on time for Mother’s Day and the communication I had with the team at Heart Lake flowers was amazing! Truly great customer service with them. Both moms absolutely loved their gifts and said the flowers were beautiful, absolutely brightened their day. So THANK YOU Heart Lake Flowers & Gifts!! I would definitely recommend this florist and their services. Not to mention I was able to efficiently arrange this all the way from Florida too.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! It’s my birthday today & my bestfriend placed an order with them not knowing we were being hit with a snowstorm! These guys literally delivered it despite the weather conditions! Truly appreciate them & want to thank them for turning my day into something so special and beautiful!
