Took my Ford Taurus in for an oil change and Madison and staff are very friendly! Have been taking my vehicle there for services since at least 2006. I feel I can trust their service and recommendations. That says a lot!!

It was a pleasure doing business with Don Butchko. He seemed very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find us the vehicle that we wanted. When it was delivered, he took the time to show us all the features and hook our phones up to the app. We would certainly do business with him and the dealership again even though we are from out of town.

I'm pleased with any repairs and service work which I have had done at Knight Ford. The service desk has been very courteous and has explained what work was done and why. I have not had to wait long to get it booked in and get it back. Also it's great that they have a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up.

Years and three vehicles later, we continue to be very satisfied with the service we receive. That satisfaction includes our visits to the Quick Lane side, the Full Service side or the Parts Department when needed. Love redeeming points collected for money off service costs. Most recently, we just paid for one of four new tires with the FordPass Rewards we redeemed. Nice!

I went to Knight Ford because my backup camera wasn't working in my 2014 Explorer and front Shocks/struts needed replacing. I had issues with Fords ridiculous price $654.00 for the camera.I had other issues with the quote on the Struts/ Shocksand diagnostic charges.The Service Manager called me to come in and he addressed my concerns and gave me a revised quote.Again was go with Fords price or Munroe.I wish to thank him for addressing my concernsAlan Lindquist

Kirk Olson has been our preferred mechanic for many years. He has kept our vehicles in top running condition with the help of a first class service staff, always very courteous and willing to go that extra mile. A big shout out to Bryan McBean and Don Butchko in sales to Dianne Mitchell in administration.These are just a few classy people that work there. Thank you John Cline for always working hard on our behalf. In closing I would just like to say this dealership really makes you feel like family. No stress, no pressure, no problems.

After multiple bad experiences at another dealership in town we purchased a new vehicle here and recently just brought it in for service as well - KNIGHT and day difference (no pun intended). Every single staff member we have ever come across has exceptional customer service skills and we are more than happy with our vehicle and the experience. Dealerships always get a bad rep, but Knight Ford is the exception. Highly recommend!

I took our 2014 Ford Flex in to Knight Ford after a long road trip and the some issues with the heat system in the car. They were on time, got it diagnosed and fixed very quickly and efficiently. Everyone who I talked to was pleasant, helpful and kind. Thanks for the good work.
