Spirit Halloween

Nice decorations but the rude workers in the dressing room really make the Halloween experience so negative. I hope you can teach them to say manners and not throw things before you’ve even tried it on not to mention that they’d rather socialize among themselves instead of helping guests.

Was in the store to pick up a witches costume. The young lady who helped me find the hats and capes was lovely, friendly and helpful. When I got to the cash I was charged $26.99 for a cape that was priced at $24.99 when I brought it to the clerks attention she said no that was the price I said no you can't charge me more than the sticker price She said it was the wrong price and peeled the sticker price off and under was a US$ price of $21.99 she said that's why it was more because of the 30% exchange rate. I told her it didn't matter she could not charge me more than the the clearly labelled sticker price. At that point who I am assuming was the manager stepped in. Told me that I had been rude to his cashier and then proceeded to charge me the correct price. When I tried to explain what had happened he again informed me that he had heard the whole conversation and I had been rude to his cashier. Sadly I didn't realize that standing up for my rights as a consumer was considered rude.

Great selection of halloween costumes for all ages. Staff is helpful for choosing the right outfit and accessories. One problem was not enough staff to up keep and keep shop organized. The sale after haloween is always amazing up to 70% off.

Went there with four boys 7,10,11 and 13… but there was nothing which I could say exceptional or impressive.Just regular traded substandard stuff from China.

Fun store to be in! Lots of displays and costumes were organized fairly well. I wish they had more options for separates to make your own costume instead of just huge sections of the most popular costumes (Harley Quinn, it, Cleopatra, etc.I found it interesting that they had a 'surgical mask' for just $3 haha, kind of pointless when we have Lol been wearing these masks for a year and a half! Other than that the costumes were a little pricey, if you are on a budget definitely check out thrift stores, they have so many new and used costumes at a fraction of the price! Lots more original options too. Always love all they displays they put up though!

If I could I’d give 0 stars!!! This place has ZERO customer service!!! Good luck trying to exchange something even when following all guidelines/rules, so be EXTRA CAREFUL with your purchase and make sure it’s what you want and that it will fit (no try ons). Management/staff do not care about their customers or if they return - as this was said to my FACE!!! Spirit Halloween is overpriced and EXTREMELY UNDERWHELMING!!! Will NOT be returning again. Better deals/prices and quality online. Don’t get ripped off by them anymore!!

Smaller than the ones in Richmond and north Vancouver.

They have LOTS of different variety when it comes to looking for a costume and make-up, and so-on...and I find are fairly reasonably priced. Very busy.
