The cancellation policy is terrible. No matter what happens, you must make it to your appointment or be ready to pay for it anyway. The day you are booked for one, make sure all the rest if your life comes to a stand-still … God forbid something urgent comes up because you WILL have to pay. And God Forbid you go a minute over your booking.
