Thank you to the Right At Home staff. We are so very pleased with the help the Maria is providing. Maria works hard to meet the needs of our dear dad and her efforts are amazing! Communication is fantastic between RAH and our family. I highly recommend RAH to those looking for extra help in the home.

Right at Home is the best agency I have worked for. Not only do we have the best clients, but management and office staff support the workers. I’m never burned out because I am in control of how much or little I want to work. Communication is always professional and nurturing. I love what I do and love that Bev, Amber, Sandra, Heather, and Sharlene make the caregivers feel appreciated and spoiled!

Working for right at home was the best choice I’ve made. The staff is great. it was such a easy, out going fun opportunity to work with these ladies. I’ve never worked for a company that truly truly cares about you and your well being mentally, physically & emotionally. They have supported me since the day i started the job. With any client/patient issues they support the worker first. I could always go to one of the girls late night, early morning or even weekends they would be there to answer the phone and support you. 100% recommend taking your shot and working for a great company.

Navigating the world of home care was completely new for me when my aging mother was about to be released from hospital. The first friendly voice I encountered was Charlene, at the Haldimand office. She gave me lots of great advice and suggestions for getting my mother the help she needed, especially considering the current situation with COVID. Weeks after my mother was home, this same kind Charlene called me to see how we were doing. I am so grateful to her for steering me in the proper direction and for taking the time to check on us. I intend to turn to Right at Home Haldimand for all future needs. Thanks, Charlene.

Extremely happy with the care that my elderly family member is receiving. Staff and management were very thorough in assessing needs and providing recommendations in the care and frequency needed. They are constantly communicating and validating that needs are met and adjusting according. We trust and feel confident in the care being given and my family member looks forward to each interaction.

We recently reached out to Right at Home Home Care in a crisis situation and the service we received was amazing. The Care Owner/Care Planner Sharlene was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and worked quickly to support our needs. The caregiver that was sent was perfect in all ways. I would absolutely recommend Right at Home Home Care for anyone in need of support in the home.

I have been employed with RAH for a lill over a yr. A bit nervous at first coming from a big cooperate company in hone care to a much smaller scale, but much Bigger in heart. First off the staff are all amazing from my first day and ongoing. Respect / communication/ and always there. I’ve been in health care with many different positions, and have enjoyed them all. NOW I actually with ease can really say I’m employed with a company I truly stand behind and I’m proud of. There are no reasons why and family and situation loved ones can reach out RAH is the compassionate feel safe place to go to for your loved ones at home and health needs.

My elderly mother recently used the Right at Home services following hip surgery. The services were arranged quickly and put in place as needed. The care providers came as scheduled and were efficient, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and would use them in the future if needed.

I started working with Right at Home during the pandemic which was a very stressful time. Sharlene ensured that I had everything I needed to feel comfortable in my new role whether it was information about COVID policies, PPE supplies, or just someone to chat with. There is no shortage of appreciation for the employees of Right at Home!
