Our experience at Hildebrant Motors was excellent. We are beyond completely satisfied with them. Logan and Carla were excellent to deal with. And any concerns or information that we need needed they helped us through it. I would highly recommend going to them and buying a vehicle. There was no pressure at all. We have never had a vehicle purchase go so smoothly.

After a week of looking for a used SUV and dealing with high pressure salespeople I stopped in to Hildebrand. What a difference. LLoyd was great. He had just what I wanted and was patient with all my questions about the car. No trying to sell me something more expensive. If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go first. Took my truck in to finally get heated seats hooked up. Was told it would take a couple hours. They had it done in just one hour. Coffee was tasty. And good conversation with Lloyd...whom my truck is named after.

My tranny went outside of town. Limped it to the dealership at 2:55 on Saturday with 5 min to spare. Paul and Jim greeted me and immediately let me take a breath! Got me and my family into a loaner to get to back to Calgary. Went from panic mode to OMG that was easy in 10 min. Great customer service guys. Made a bad situation into a win. Reprogrammed my tranny and got my truck back on road by Tuesday. Special thanks to Wayne in service department. You guys were excellent. Thanks a ton for saving my ass!

For years, my whole family and I always prefers to go to Hildebrand for all our cars needs but that might change soon. Yesterday I had an oil change and the car tech who did it was Matthew J. McKinnon. After that the cover for one of the buttons in my center console went missing. I really don’t know why and how he did that. I really appreciate though that the manager is doing something to have the cover returned to me. Hopefully I will hear from them soon.

Our salesperson, Lloyd Palin was exceptionally helpful and the entire team at Hildebrand Motors created a superb experience for us in buying our new Yukon Denali. We custom ordered it and waited a long time for it to come from the factory, but it was worth the wait. I would highly recommend Hildebrand if you are looking to make a purchase!

While traveling my Buick required servicing i drove into Hildebrand motors I was meet by a courteous member of the service team. I was advised it would be a half an hour. I asked to have the tires rotated and they gladly performed the rotation as asked and I was out in half an hour. Great Service I will stop there again when I pass through. Thank you
