I had rented a storage unit, owner/operator always disliked me because of ignorance/misunderstanding, however did take my storage unit rental $ and berated me behind the scenes. There was a series of break ins and thefts of property from my storage unit and others. He advertises as having 24 hour CCTV security. Following the break in and theft of my property, I asked that he check his security footage, weeks later I reached out to him and he said he found nothing. I asked for some assistance in recovering from my property loss. He said nothing.

I moved from Calgary to Kenora December 2020, I couldn’t received the people that were moving my stuff so Rob (who is in charge of robco) was very nice and helpful, he received the people that were making my moving and communication with him was always easy.I moved back to Calgary July 2022 and all my apartment stuff stayed at the storage the whole time I was in Kenora, I never have any trouble and any time I needed something it was easy to reach out to RobTotally recommended, service and prices are great!
