Next Generation Stucco Inc.

I contacted the company by telephone for a repair to some stucco. I spoke to a company rep (presumably the owner) who advised me to submit a request for an estimate through the Next Gen web site, including photos so that they could adequately determine an estimate for the job. I was told that they would be in touch with me after at most 48 hours. Sounded like a pretty efficient system. So I went onto the website, submitted multiple photos, along with a description of the issue at hand... and waited. And waited. Weeks later, still no reply, and I have moved onto another contractor that did a great job. It seems that Next Gen likes to pick and choose their jobs, while not advising potential customers that they would rather not do certain jobs. I took time out of my day to take photos and upload them to the web site, as per instructions, yet no reply? I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time on this company, as they don’t seem to want to spend any time communicating with potential customers. 10/10 would not recommend!

David G was so helpful in offering me some free guidance after a home inspection (completed Aug 3/20) identified the stucco requiring repair in various areas of the house. Our home was built 2013 by a smaller contractor and a home inspection 1yr after residing at the property hadn't identified any stucco issues, so we were surprised by this news. David reviewed the photos and evaluation and noted that the stucco work was done properly, 'looks like a standard stucco install, no issues here'. He went on to say how home inspectors may 'find a way to full their reports to justify their bill'. We are grateful for his expertise and this helped verify (with other evidence) that the stucco did not need repair, thus, money and time saved! Very pleased with David and his prompt reply and honesty. If I have stucco issues I would definitely call this group in the future given the great customer service alone!

We hired NexGen Stucco to repair the stucco on our chimney. After we first made contact, Dave quickly stopped by on his way to another job. He confirmed that he could do the work, and sent out an estimate. Winter got in the way of getting the repair done right away, but Dave contacted us in the spring, set up a time that worked with our schedule, and completed the work on time. The repair looks great and blends in perfectly with the existing stucco. He also recommended a company that could supply and install a metal chimney pan, and coordinated his work with theirs. I would recommend NexGen without hesitation.

Dave at NextGen Stucco was great! Provided a professional quote, which was executed on budget and on time with no issues. The repair was to the chimney that had damage around the top cap resulting in stucco peeling off. Dave removed all damage stucco and repaired the area. He did this all in a limited time frame and on short notice, which helped us out immensely. Overall, I would highly recommend NextGen Stucco for any stucco repair job.

I hired Nexgen to fix some stucco that was damaged from a major hail storm. It was a tiny job which meant it wasn't the best use of his time but he managed to get it done in less time than he promised. There was even a setback when another surprise rain storm hit just after the repair and washed all his work away. He was back two days later and was able to fix it for good. They did good work and were easy to deal with.

Dave at NexGen was fantastic to work with, he matched the colour of the stucco on our house perfectly...can’t even tell there was ever anything repaired! Dave was extremely quick to come back and do the job once I approved his estimate, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be using them again if needed in the future!!

Dave and his extremely hard working team at our place for couple of days fixing up some old damaged stucco and parking on out 80s house - amazing work and colour match ; really happy with end result !

I originally requested an estimate/quote via Homestars. After a few days I received a reply that Next Generation was interested. I messaged back asking if someone would contact me then received another reply saying they would call me the next day. Unfortunately I never heard from them. I then sent a request via Next Generation's website but again did not hear back. I waited a week before cancelling my request.I completely understand that they might be very busy at this point in time but a quick curtesy call would have been nice.Shame as the reviews seemed quite favourable. Does raise a red flag though as poor communication might be a concern.

Dave at NEXGEN was the third quote for my repair job. Unlike the previous guys he noticed right away that the problem was more extensive that originally thought. These were necessary repairs. And when they began the work it turned out to be even worse than I thought. Dave was thorough and upfront with everything. Dave is knows his stuff and gave me a lot of advice and reassurance before the work began. During the job they were delayed by product and rain, but Dave kept in contact all the way through. The finished as soon as the weather permitted and they really paid attention to detail.
