Awesome place for your phone repair and super honest. My S8 wasn't charging anymore from the wire port so I go and see these guys to get it changed. The employee checks out my port and tries a couple of things... to finally find out that the bottom was stuffed with pocket dust. It took him 15/20 min to clean it out properly and didn't charge nothing. Charges like a brand new phone (my S8 was purchased 2 years ago)My wife also went to MK3 to change the batterie in her iPhone 6 a while back and they did a great job. Fast, clean job, and the price was decent.

I brought my perfectly good working phone there for a simple screen repair. When I got my phone back, I immediately started having major issue with my battery to the point where my phone could not be used unless it was plugged in at all times. I went back to complain about the issue, they ran a diagnosis to verify if there was anything wrong with the new screen that could be draining my battery. Turns out, no, I just need to change the battery. Thankfully they can sell me one for 49$ (insert eye roll)... I pick up my phone, once I get back home I try to put my SIM card back in my phone, to notice the piece is completely missing from my phone. My husband goes back to pick up the piece and when he gets home, the piece does not fit in my phone.All and all I went there to try and save money on a screen repair and it’s been nothing but issues since.I have to go back there for the fourth time & hopefully they get it right this time so I can never go back there again,

Said they could fix the phone within 24hrs, showed up the next day and they hadn't gotten the part yet. They should have notified me. One week later still no part.2 weeks later I call and they say it's ready to pick up. How long had it been ready I don't know because they can't be bothered to call me...Other than that, good prices and friendly staff.Might try a different location next time.

I went there to change my broken phone screen. I checked if they had it in store on their website. arrive there and they don't have the screen for my phone. i went on their website again, did an inspect element, turn out the disponibility of item is hardcoded so call before you go.

Complete waste of money.. I got my phone screen replaced for a minor scratch that was bothering me and LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY the entire new screen was completely shattered. The day after I replaced it I noticed a blue bubble on the screen, the cracking spread from the bubble. I called the store and told them immediately to inform them because I was in crutches and couldn’t walk or drive so asked they put a note on my file and if I could come the next week to get it replaced they said yes. I went to the store and they told me that it’s not covered by their screen “warranty ’’(what’s the point of a warranty then). So I’ve spent 100$ for what was a minor scratch and now my phone is completely broken there is even a price of the screen that CAME OFF! Don’t spend money here it will only make it worse.

Long story short:1. The new back glass for my S8 was glued with an obvious offset to the right. took one hour.2. When I returned it the same day for them to fix the offset, they told me come back in one hour, came back, now there is no Offset, but you could see that the glue is not holding, the back glass moves and you can see the glue stretching inside.when I ask is it normal, they tell me yes, we cannot do it perfectly, and they blame me that I'm a perfectionnist.3. I ask them to refix it, they tell me it will take another hour, when I insist, they go back and fix it in 5min.Now the glue is holding, but the offset is back again + you could see some glue oozing out.Horrible experience.
