Josh just finished a second shower project for me and WOW! The first project that I worked with Precision Tile on was a tub/shower combo surround and niche. Josh met me for an estimate, sent me a detailed document that listed all the labor and material costs very clearly, showed up on time, left the work space immaculate every day, and finished on time. The finished project was so beautiful I immediately booked him for another bathroom project. He completed that one with the same professionalism and it also came out beautiful. He was easy to get in touch with, provided several options for my budget and was just wonderful to work with. We plan to use him for additional projects in a house we're building this summer. Josh is a great communicator. We called him and he came over the same day to review our project. He is very collaborative, has great ideas and is super detail oriented. We wanted to use the Schlueter system and he was very knowledgeable with this system, which gave us alot of comfort. It was clear from the start that he takes pride in his work, is a perfectionist, and aims to provide exactly what his customers want. All the while, giving his professional advice and suggestions that was very helpful in picking the details I hadn't even thought of. He even went way out of his way to redo poor fixture cuts done by our plumber because he wasn't happy with how it took away from his tile job and left us unhappy.
