Never deliver on time. They have also lost untold number of $$$$ of items I have had mailed to me.

Worst store of all. From their fake working time posted on google, to its unhelpful staff.

Best Canada Post experience ever! I went there with a prepaid label that I made, however, I was unsure of the actual weigh of my package so therefore wanted to make sure the one I approximated will work. I was at this Canada Post and the lady helping me had a great smile and welcome. I told her the situation and she helped me weigh my package. My package was 0.1kg more than what I stated. She helped me see if she can add the extra amount onto my prepaid label. Unfortunately it wasn't so I went to the side and took some things out of my package to make it lighter. I went up to her again to ask her to help me check what the weight is now. Luckily it was under! Before she helped me scan the label, she asked me if it is ok because I had to take things out to make it lighter (super attentive!). I said that's fine. She printed the receipt and showed me where the tracking number is. She was extremely helpful. Another lady working there also helped me patch my package up by adding more tape to it. Now that's real service!!Previously, I went to the Canada Post at Bayview Hill Pharmacy and the lady working there was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E, asked if she can help me weigh my package but she refused. She said she cannot do that but the weigh is right beside her. Like WHAT?"If you want a great experience and service

This is the worst service post office I have ever seen in whole Canada.Most faces behind the counter are unhappy look like everybody have done something very bad to them.Their conversation to clients sounds very rude and no patience.After all if I had other choice I won’t go to this office to see something that will spoil my beautiful day.

Dear canada post, the canada post parcel box in residential areas is for dropping parcels (especially those small ones you try hard to not deliver), not for collecting dust. Instead of asking me to pick it up, how about doing your job and opening the box and leaving the parcel inside.It's very simple, no special skill required, just turn the same key that you use to open the mailbox (to leave the we tried so hard to deliver" note) and instead use it to open the dropbox. I hope you have a nice day."

Unfortunately this place is always disappointing. The person who's usually there seems to be looking for a reason to reject or disappoint you. This has been my experience over the past few years but I truly hope that one the future things would be different and I could update my review.

Probably the most unreliable mailing service out there. Canada Post lost my $300 package and claimed that since they delivered it it's not their problem (they hadn't). Later on I found out that they delivered it to a wrong address and I found out because the person living there came by with my stuff ...not the first time too. They regularly bend hardcover books and stuck it in the mailbox too.

I had the worst experience with Canada post in this location...if I could, I would've given it a 0 star...after walking 45 minutes to get there they said they don't print out the return label so I had to go to the ups which was another 20 minutes walk from there...I went there and printed the label and walked back to the canada post but the rude lady ( who I think was the manager) told me they don't tape it on the package and if I want I can buy a tape there and do it!!!They didn't say anything about that before I went to the ups and now they wanted to charge me for tape...it wasn't even a big package and I know other canada post stores and ups stores that pack and tape the package theselves for no charge!!!!Overall I didn't get to return my package and I got the worst customer service experience of my life!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The government worker, Sonia, was rude and terrible at her job. A job that is paid for by the tax payer. I'd call and speak to her supervisor but what's the point, a government worker supported by another government worker both of which are fat and lazy. No wonder our taxes climb higher and higher each year. You should all be fired!
