pharmacy is so bad, have to go back numerous times for them to do my med pack properly and waist gas. Even have a note for the pharmacist to check medications and they still mess up. been getting the wrong meds since february and has non stop happened since then.

The self checkout is mostly useless! Unless you are using credit or debit! If you are using cash ,(which I prefer as well as many others), getting bus tickets, buying lottery, getting a raincheck it is totally useless! Instead of calling someone to help at the self checkouts they need to get her to the checkout! People know how to use the self checkouts! They are hardly ever used but the cashier line is always long!

The post office staff was amazing, especially the girl named Elli. It was my first time sending a letter and she helped me step by step through the process. I also didn't know where to find a product and she went out of her way to help me. I definitely will be going to this shoppers from now on if i need anything.

As everyone knows you can’t purchase at self checkout with a gift card. Your staff followed me around the store and accused me before I could get to a checkout with a person of stealing. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Do better at hiring shoppers!!

Told me my prescription would be done in 20 minutes, 40 minutes later they just started on it I watched 2 other people hand in their script after me and got them in less time than that. In total it took an hour 25 minutes to get my prescription.

The pharmacy is a joke. Numerous times have they messed up my family’s medications. And to boot they are the absolute rudest people in the pharmacy. Usually the young ones are pleasant but the older people there must hate their lives the way they conduct themselves. Switched locations after the last instance with them and wish I had done it years ago. Special mention to the pregnant pharmacist who berated my elderly mother for questioning her if she needed to eat in the morning before her newest medication. Real special lady you are. EAD yurpa

Got asked for a receipt upon exiting Shoppers yesterday evening (04/10/2022) around 6:30pm by the cashier over a propel water bottle that I paid for at self check out, seriously? I threw the receipt in the garbage after checking out and I told the cashier this and she literally went and checked the garbage! I just left . She had no reason or probable cause to ask for my receipt. You shouldn’t have self checkouts if you can’t keep track of people stealing or not or hire/schedule more staff to watch the self checkouts . I honestly think she thought I must have been stealing as I’m a heavily tattooed person. This is not right , stop profiling people, making judgements and assumptions based on their appearance . I am a regular shopper at Tecumseh mall and I’m there almost every day and spend a lot of money there. Ridiculous.

My wife had an appointment yesterday at the Shoppers at Tecumseh Mall. She arrived on schedule and went to the pharmacy to let them know she was there. As she was speaking with the girl at the counter, the pharmacist rushed over and very rudely told my wife shewasn' t to be there and speak to anyone. He said that she was to call from outside to let them know. My wife was not told this and also she didn't have a cell phone with her. He quickly rushed he into a room. My wife uses a walker, so he went so fast, she lost him and had to look for him. He told her that she had to leave her walker behind and sit in a chair in the room. He gave her a rapid test and told her she must leave his store immediately and not do any shopping or speak to anyone. She did as she was told and had to walk from there to Giant Tiger where I was. She was very hurt and told me she was treated like a lepur"

Absolutely the worst service from the Pharmacist. My mother was turned away not once but twice when asked the pharmacist to explain how to use a diabetic medical device and medication. She said she was too busy and to read the instructions. Poor customer service for the senior patients. Stay away.
