Came in to check out what kind of deals they had on boots as I realised boots are too small. Ended up buying the step-ons Jordan is AMAZING!!! he was so helpful he changed up my bindings to my board. We loved the service so much the following week my husband bought a new board off him. Highly recommend if your interested in getting anything Burton go see Jordan! Thanks again Jordan for all your help the service you provide outstanding!!!!

Brayden and Evan blew us away with their knowledge and customer service. Great store and they saved us with a binding repair which would've ruined our boarding day. Would give more stars if possible!

I have been a burton customer for almost 20years and always loved how friendly and nice burton staffs are but I had my worst experience at burton Blue mountain by sales person name Marie, she dose not fit the friendly environment of Burton family at all, she was so rude to me and my wife at first they told me if u purchase something we would hold it for you so I can pick them up after my skiing but once i paid for my stuff she said i can’t hold them and you should take them with you.

I broke a ladder on my snowboard binding. I went into Burton to buy a new one. Brayden asked me to bring my board in, so he could look at it. He took the binding apart, found a new ladder in his spare parts bin, and installed it for me free of charge! My board and bindings are not Burton, but my next ones will be! Shout out to Brayden and his amazing service!
