Quality pedicure! Probably one of the best massages I've had. This place stacks up against a spa but without the price tag

This is, by far, my favourite place for a pedicure or manicure. Haven't been anywhere else in several years. The people are lovely. I feel like they take a lot of time for me. I love that jetted tubs. And the final work is well done and always last a long time. I recommend this to my friends all the time.

God love them for trying. But I got the elderly husband who clearly has no idea what to do. It took 6 coats of paint and polish to get a shellac. 1 hour and 50 minutes. And I still had to go home and a use a cheese grater on my feet. Their UV machines are so old they look like ovens from the 70s. I’m sorry. I’m sure they’re lovely people… but they have no idea how to do a pedicure.

My very most favourite place to get my feet done...mom and pop are both the sweetest and kindest people ever. I am always so relaxed and never feel rushed...I have come so very close to falling asleep in the massage chair....I go every month to get my feet done...highly recommend them....

Worst mani pedi. Last Friday a friend and I booked at this salon to get shallac done mani-pedi's. When we arrived we were the only 2 in the salon. As the lady started on me and her husband worked the desk my friend was relaxing on the massage chair - no problem..Until new customers started coming in and they were taking all of these customers at the same time. My friend waited for 25 min to have her treatment start and by that time I had only had the base coat and 1 layer of shallac started. With the lady working on 5 people at the same time we ended up being there for 2 hours total.I had originally though to just have the application but decided to have my cuticles cut however when she started she left large frays and had no intention of fixing them, or finishing. Eventually after pointing out 3 times in different areas and her not getting the point I decided I would have to fix it later on my own. I waited 20 min between each application while she worked on other customers pedicures. It was atrocious. Finally once she was applying she was not wrapping the shellac, if you know anything about shellac you know that you must wrap it so it does not leave a gap on the end when it shrinks under the UV light. She refused to take my advice and kept going. After not being able to walk out as I had wet nails 2 hours went by. At the register they charged me $10 more than the quoted price, not wanting to fight, I payed it and left. 3 days later my cuticles are horrible, the wrap is not done and around the base end of the nail it is uneven as they didnt use proper technique. Worst manicure I have ever ever had.Please note when I was there, there were customers requesting shallac or acrylic and the employees were trying to convince them to get the new CND Vinyl. This polish lasts one week and is in no way comparable. Not sure if this was for repeat business but it is recommending a service that is in no way appealing to most women and that if they understood how long it lasts for they would not find it acceptable.HORRIBLE BUSINESS

I go to Saigon Nails for my pedicures and nail painting and eyebrows all the time and they treat me with respect and always take very good care of me. I would recommend this place to anyone and a lot of my friends to here as well.The owners and their daughter make you feel very welcome and I have never had a bad pedicure or eye waxing or nail job since i have been going there for the past 6 years.

Had a horrible experience. Booked for a Spa pedi and did not receive the service. The provider didn’t seem to have any idea of what I was talking about. Told me when I booked I need to say paraffin- not just spa pedi as that is referring to the place.No callous work done- soaked for maybe 5 min - light scraping and did a terrible job cutting nails- had to request she go back and smooth them as they were very jagged and rough.Polish was thick. Not applied well. I just wanted to get out so did not complain as I don’t think it would have mattered. Start to finish 20 min- not including dry time- could have done this at home.Spent almost the same amount of time with my feet in a dryer as I did having the actual pedi done.Very disappointing and will not return!!!

I went here a few years ago to get my nails done for near years. I got a French gel nails and by the end of the night all of my nails had turned a yellow/green colour. I called and they didn’t know what could have happened and that’s fine, they told me to come in and they could remove them. When I went it they were all very defensive and didn’t want to talk to me about, one person even walked away. I would not recommend this place

1 hour and 45 mins, my heels are still calloused, polished smudged off on my big toe before I even got home, and I was not going back. Extra $15.00 because I had shellac on, and they didn’t have to tool for removing it. They should have paid me for waiting! The only positive was the gentleman did a great 1 minute foot massage. I should have clued in to how bad it was when while I was waiting for the shellac to soften, they did two other pedicures, and only used a pumice…I use to go there before and it was awesome, not quite the experience I received today.
