Wow. Very unfriendly service that makes it clear that customers are annoying.Don't go there at 8:20 pm to do 15 minutes of drying as you will be rudely told you can't possibly dry anything later than _7pm_ ...?? Wow.Better yet - don't go there.

An absolute joke of a business. The washing machine didn't spin our clothing so we wasted over $40 trying to dry our SOAKING wet clothing. The owner showed up an hour after we called and refused to give our money back. Don't ever use this place.

Machines are broken.. a wash costs 8 dollars and only does 30 mins.. I put money in the dryer and it didn't rotate no one answered..

Don't waste your money on OLD MACHINES! I did 5 loads for 45.00 the. 25 per 7 minutes dryers. And NO washroom.

This place is grimy, only some of the dryers actually work. Washers are inconsistent and expensive. The homeless dudes are friendly enough and give good street advice. They once gave me a sealed bag of chips they found in the dumpster.

I go to laundromats when I need to do comforters and blankets. Last year, I took some regular loads too. There were issues with the machine, and a smell coming out of one of the machines once it started, was sewer like. I called the number many times and texted and eventually I got a call back a few days later, but they didn't return my money. Anyway, I will NEVER do laundry there again, even though it is only a 5 blocks away.

Absolute hole. Half the machines are broken and the rest barely work and some not posted broken . 8 dollars to wash sn average load and another 4 dollars to dry it . Place is disgusting . Will never return .

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. WARNING: Owner is extremely rude and pushed me out of the place as soon as I came in. Place is disgusting, better to wash your clothes in sewer water. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

They took out the chairs because the homeless were going there to warmup. There is no place to sit. Prices keep rising. Most of the washers and dryers are out of order. The washers that do work have no hot water and seem to rise in price every couple of weeks. The dryers are also out of order frequently and some of the ones that do work have no heat and very short cycles which means you will be pumping many quarters into them. The tables for folding look filthy and need replacement . I'm never going back.

Half of the machines weren’t working or broken, tape held the doors closed. About four machines “worked” but ate the money and wouldn’t turn on. One dryer we put about $6 in and it didn’t even dry the clothes it just spun the wet clothes around.This place is a dump. I went here as a child and I’m pretty sure it’s the same wallpaper, tables and machines etc. If you want to lose money, feel free to use their machines. Because there’s no manager on sight and no way to complain about the money eating machines.
