Hearing Care Clinic

I have been to all the big name hearing places in Victoria and found them quite impersonal and only prepared to sell hearing aids. I got tired of 'you have hearing loss' and here (aids pushed at me) try these for a week. I went through long periods of disappointment. Finally I shut down the 'denial' button and called Hearing Care Clinic (definitely not a big box store) . Angela set the tone of my first visit as she arranged my appt. with Carson; who, in turn, was very professional and friendly. He walked me through the testing and explained my loss of hearing and what could be done about it. I wasn't handed aids to try for a week but instead all my questions and concerns were addressed and my tests reviewed. He convinced me that I needed hearing aid(s) and not just one, as I, and a lot of people like me, may think. I received them just two days ago and a new world opened up. They are fully programmed and will be 'fine tuned' in following weeks. All part of the personal service and follow-up. Thank you Carson.

Carson was very attentive and friendly, made us feel very comfortable. Shared all the information so we could understand the hearing test results. Teri was also very kind, accomodating and helpful on the phone, and in person. Highly recommend their office! They even accommodated our work schedule and stayed open for us. Thank you so much!

Had a great experience at the Hearing Care Clinic. The clinic was clean and seemed to have state of the art equipment. Got to see inside my ears which was very interesting! Carson was professional and explained everything very well. He took his time and was very patient with my questions. Toni was also very helpful, she phoned my health insurance provider to ask about coverage. Wilson, the clinic dog, was also lovely. They also both asked if I was okay with dogs. Which was very thoughtful, considering some people may be afraid of dogs or have allergies. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others!

After years of battling with moderate to severe hearing loss in one of my ears, I decided to make an appointment for a hearing test. The Hearing Care Clinic was highly recommended to me by my mother, and I am so glad it was. Dr.Carson’s office was warm, welcoming, and extremely clean. The hearing test was comfortable and easy. He also gave me insights no other doctor had, and recommended treatment options.Will be my go-to hearing clinic from now on, and I will be recommending this clinic to friends as well.

Very pleasant experience! Carson was so gentle, soft spoken and very enjoyable to talk with. He spent quality time with me hands on with high tech equipment showing and explaining everything through the entire process.

I recently visited this hearing clinic for a hearing test and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Carson, the specialist who performed my test, was fantastic. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable asking questions and he explained everything clearly to me.The staff at the clinic were also extremely friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and they made me feel welcome. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to listen to my concerns and address any questions I had.Overall, I would highly recommend this hearing clinic. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure that you have a positive experience. Top notch! My first appointment here and my audiologist (I’m sorry I have the worst memory and can’t recall his name, but he was wonderful) stayed two hours late on a FRIDAY to fit me in. He was very knowledgeable, kind & made the experience very enjoyable. Don’t go anywhere else to have your ear exam :)

Clean office, friendly people, efficient service. They have a very chill office dog who mostly just hung out under the desk, but he did surprise me a bit when I walked in! Maybe a note on the door would be good, to warn people who are are a bit nervous around dogs?

I had a great experience getting my hearing checked. Carson is amazing! He listened to all concerns and did very thorough and accurate testing.
