I rented a piece of equipment at the lake shore location, they told me they would hold a monthly rental fee on my credit card, seemed a bit excessive but that was their policy. The monthly rate was $1900 foe the entire month. I used the equipment for 4hours, I called them immediately so they could take it off rental. They showed up the following day and picked up the equipment. No damages, all the equipment was clean, and accounted for.. I was charged over $1000 foe a 4hr rental. When I enquired about the charge, they gave some BS about insurance, which by the way was never presented to me, nor was I advised of this. FYI..I also see a favorable review from Michael Dahl" this person actual works at the company."
