Dr. Grewal

Reception is a joke here and clearly they know it and don't care based on numerous other negative reviews. My question is why hasn't action been taken? I will be taking this complaint as far as possible. My elderly father was referred to this doctor through urgent care at peel memorial and was told he'd be seen within 72 hours. No one phoned us. At the 3rd and 4th day we left multiple voicemails and never heard back until 5 days later where they acted like they phoned him earlier. No one answers the phone here- ever. Whats the point of hiring a receptionist? Not to mention we had backup contacts. They have no reason to not be answering phones as a receptionist. Pathetic , and no excuse for this. Finally recieved an appointment and was sent to the wrong address ( like she actually confirmed the wrong address to me the day prior)and then given attitude upon arrival by the receptionist. ( I believe her name is Jess). And the whole time we were waiting at the apt she was not answering phones. Just sitting there. Health care is officially a joke in this country. Hire people who can actually do this job. These are elderly people for g0ds sake. Not to mention the doctor wrote a bogus prescription that the pharmacy was unable to fill and when the pharmacy phoned to correct it they hung up on them three times. How is this office still legally operating, this is criminal. He had to go back to emergency again just to see someone competent. I'd hate for one of them to end up needing care for a loved one and be treated like this.

My children (now young adults) have been seeing Dr. Grewal for a few years now. He is absolutely amazing! My son had issues with adenoids that had grown back twice and I asked out doctor for a referral to a new doctor. Dr. Grewal was that new doctor and since seeing him my son's ENT issues were finally taken care of. Dr. Grewal is a kind, dedicated doctor who is extremely thorough and caring with his patients. He and his staff have always gone above and beyond to help us. Very grateful for his help over the years.

Dr. Grewal is a great doctor. Very caring, friendly and offers exceptional service.Unfortunately after 20+ phone calls and voicemail to his office over the past two years, all within business hours, I have never been able to reach any member of his staff by phone, nor have I ever received a single return phone call.

Worst doctor ever. I went to him few years ago with my problem. I had pain while eating food and pain in my ear because of this. I see him several times and he said your nerves are blocked. Now it turned into oral cancer.He cannot recognize what my problem is being a doctor.I am so disappointed.

Do not use this doctor.I received a voicemail from Dr. Grewal that he would call this week with my biopsy results. Guess what, no phone call as usual. I had to call and then received a phone call appointment a week later imagine that.My throat is in pain and food has been getting stuck and rotting causing continuous infections and yet doctor doesn’t follow through with results in a timely mannerA few months ago, I was waiting to hear back to do a follow up ultrasound and I had to call 60 times because NO ONE answered the phone. After several messages requesting another ENT, I got a call back in which I had to call another 20 times to get the results of the ultrasoundPlease avoid this doctor if you care about your health because this one does not have the time to do so.I have never experienced this with any doctor and I have been through many lately and you don’t have to chase them around and they don’t make false promises.WORST EXPERIENCE.Ask to be referred to a different doctor if you happen to get this one

Dr. Grewal is an excellent doctor, 5/5 stars but to echo the poor rating of other reviewers, the receptionist is non existent. Calls multiple times during business hours and I can't get a hold of anyone in this office. Good luck trying to reschedule your appointment or do any type of follow up.The automated voicemail proceeds to tell you the address of the clinic even though there's an option to press 1 to hear it and then says voicemails are not returned in a timely manner and to get a hold of the receptionist call during business hours.Calling during business hours does not indeed get a hold of the receptionist.Edit: They will 100% call you when your appointment is near, you can use this to ask if there's any other available times if you need to reschedule or ask any questions. However, my next rescheduled appointment would have been 7 months from now for a follow-up as they're fully booked.

If I could give 0 stars, one of the worst doctor clinic probably in whole of Canada. As most of other folks have mentioned the front desk is useless they don't return any calls worse than that they themselves don't remember the date of appointment. Words that come out of mouth are not at all reliable nor trustworthy and they don't mean anything for them. No work ethics at all someone needs to teach them how to be professional. Doctor on the other hand are quite good but be prepared for long waiting times to get an appointment.

I've been super disappointed with my lack of service from Dr. Grewall and his team. I saw him in August and he told me at the time of the apt that it is necessary for me to get a CT scan and said that he'd be sending the referral. It has now been 3 months and I have left countless voicemails with reception and have spoken to my family doctor to follow up, and have had zero progress. I'm being completely ignored. My experience has been awful. Do not recommend this doctor or clinic.

Dr. Grewal is a talented doctor that works from the heart, and you can see it in the quality of his work. Yes, it is hard to get in touch with him through the front desk, but once you do and have your appointments set in, everything else is smooth sailing. He takes the time and answers all questions, and he makes sure to keep family members updated during surgery. I would recommend him to anyone that can use his services.

Honestly... Dr grewal is an amazing and very respectful doctor but for the love of God... please do something about your reception. I called 3 times a day for the last week trying to get through to the receptionist. It says if you can't reach me
