Great little nail salon in Ladner. Would highly recommend you give them a try. All the girls are amazing. Even during these times I feel super safe in here as they are doing every thing to keep their clients and them selves safe. Go pamper your self.

I wish I had walked out the door after the maincurist cut my cuticle on my toe so deeply that it started to bleed. Unfortunately the worst was not over and she cut my toenails so short that I'm now laying awake with throbbing toes, the exposed skin is so tender. She also cut my big toenails at a very sharp angle on the corner which is going to put me at risk for ingrowns. I'm leaving to go camping and I may not be able to hike with my group given how much pain I'm in just lying in bed with bare feet. Very disappointing experience.

I don't even think this place deserves 1 star to be honest. I had gone here this past weekend and it was my second and last time. I got a shellac manicure done and the woman had cut me twice on 2 different fingers. The price was a lot more then other salons I've been to as well. But this wasn't the worst part of my experience. I wasn't sure if I should write this review but I had to make sure people knew just what kind of service this place offers. While I was sitting waiting for someone to do my nails I had overheard one of the nail techs walk over to a customer who was waiting to get a pedicure done and told her they could do the pedicure in the waiting seat chair and she asked why she wouldn't get to sit in the regular chair with the foot bath and the tech told her she wouldn't fit" (due to her size) may I mention they didn't even let her try to sit there they just assumed she wouldn't fit

Really nice ladies during manipedi, sociable, but the absolute worst gel pedicure I've ever had. Polish on the sides of my toes and over the cuticles and won't come off because it's gel, didn't use the actual shade colour I picked, no massage or exfoliation and was not cheap. Got a basic manicure as well and was 5 minutes per hand and my hands look the exact same. I still tipped and was visibly disappointed with the experience and no apologies or anything, they knew it was the first time I tried the place as well. I asked the lady doing my pedicure in advance if she was experienced with gel polish an she said yes, but it was very poorly done in every way. So rare for me to write bad reviews but such a waste of money!!

One Star review due to poor customer service and bad workmanship on a simple manicure. It was my first time going to this nails salon, I selected this nails salon due to the rating. (4.1 Stars quite high). The customer service provided from this business was bad, I simply requested not to paint one of the nail and they refused to listen to me. Bad workmanship on a simple French manicure, the lines were painted crooked and the quality of the nails polish weren’t the best. Unfortunately, due to this bad experience I will not be going back.

Reasonable pricing and great staff. You get what you pay for: it’s not perfect, but one of the best in Ladner

DO NOT GO HERE! My nails look terrible, they are lumpy and streaky, she seemed to be rushing the whole time, they kept letting more people sit down even though they clearly did not have enough staff to accommodate everyone, and they were letting a group of women drink their own liquor so the place stank of booze. It also appeared that they only rinse their tools with water after use, and do not use disinfectant. After I pointed out the streaks, she fixed" them but it made no difference. I left with paint all over my fingers. Not to mention it was more expensive than the salon I usually go to. If I could give 0 stars I would. Such a waste of time and money!"
