Cancelled a 3pm at 4:45pm and didn't give any advance notice at all. I had spend an hour chasing them on the phone to even get that far and then their excuse was that I didn't call them quickly enough. They didn't even bother calling me.

Use Local Mover Instead - This company does not communicate and no one has a clue what is going on - especially the actual movers doing the work. No emails, no texts nothing to let people know what they are doing. Stick with local movers and avoid this middleman.

Check credentials carefully before hiring movers. Talk to the City of Edmonton, go to the place of business for these guys or any movers you are going to hire, etc. If you find out the company is NOT a legitimate licensed company with trained movers and proper equipment, and certainly not an established successful well-reputed moving company like they say they are in their Google Maps description... or if you find out that they pay people on the internet to write realistic sounding reviews.. then run, dont walk, and find yourself one of the many longstanding, trustworthy, legal moving companies in the area. Save yourself the cost and frustration, and pick a legitimate company!

I was so pleased with my team of movers. The booking process was easy (no inventory), the movers and truck were on time, and the wholeMove went very smoothly. I was billed immediately and the charges were as quoted. Highly recommend and will hire again.

I would give this service as a negative rating if i could. I had moving services today with this company. First off I was never informed that they decided to sub contract the work and I was going to deal with people that never worked for this company. If my personal information like my address and details are being shared to someone, I should be made aware. Now I am not sure how my information will be utilized. Website says professional but nowhere close. Initial quote included packing, assembly, disassembly services etc. not true. I was quoted $99 for truck rental, $99/hr for moving with min 3 hours billed. They told me it would include 2 movers. It took them 10 hours to finish the move with myself, my wife and my friend doing the move to speed things including assembly and disassembly. Next they broke the wall and ceiling to which mover said it was not their fault. If the mover felt there would not be able to assist if the space was limited and I should have been notified vs just going ahead and causing damage. Now i am out $1250, still had to assist the move, 10 hours still billed and damage done to my house. Called to file a claim with the mover. Was told to have to deal with mover. Mover said have to deal with metro. Called their customer service again and was asked to file an online claim. So much run around. I am not expecting a refund but want people to be aware

3 guys from metropolitan movers arrived 7 hours late for a 2 story 3 bedroom home with 1 Uhaul truck. Even after telling them the type of home we had they said we had too much stuff and came back the next day with a second truck. Before even doing the job they basically intimidated my mother into paying them - not knowing how horrible this would be and how much this would actually cost us, and double what they quoted us.The next day they were three hours late because “they didn’t want to get out of bed.” What turned into a 2 day packing turned into three, including with my entire family helping them pack. When moving into the new house, they put LABELED boxes into the wrong room and leaving most of them in the garage. Then dropped the rocking chair down the stairs, and the guy that did it denied that it even happened - even though we saw and heard it happen.Now the cherry on top, they grabbed something that was conditional to the sale of the house even after being told TWICE that they should not take it, and for a day would not respond after repeated attempts to contact them. When they finally did call, they blamed us for it, telling us that they should of told the mover coordinator over the phone, then we found out that the were movers lying, saying that we didn’t, and that we weren’t home when they were packing, and then this guy starts yelling at us over the phone! Completely unprofessional!If you want to save yourself a headache, money, your items and damages to your home, go with a more respectable company.

The experie was great from start to finish! The booking proc was easy and respons, and the movethe company sent worked very quickly and efficiently, while ensur all my was taken care of. Great work!

This mover company best in the town. The guys did a great job. They were on time, polite, careful, and thorough.I gladly recommend them..

I had a great crew. Very professional. The movers were strong, big guys, very polite. We have narrow stairs and they had to move the dressers and heavy credenza down a flight of stairs. Five stars for all their job.
