Joel is friendly, efficient, and professional. His ethic and pride for his job is apparent in his work both in person and on paper. I really appreciated the thorough walk through at the end of inspection time- allowing us time to digest and ask questions. He seems to be knowledgeable of old houses (our was built in 1913). I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family!

We had a home inspection done in March 2023. Joel was able to come on short notice and provide a very thorough inspection and report. We learned alot about the house we didn't know and were more prepared for some of the things we needed to tackle. He was very thorough and detailed when going through the report and provided alot of information, answering all of our questions. We also got a sewer line inspection and he provided a video of the scope with audio and sent it to us for our records. It was a really great insight for us, first time homebuyers. Would definitely recommend!!

Joel was great; informative and communicative. He is very personable. He’s like a good friend, except you have to pay him. His report has lots of visuals so you know what is wrong and he gives you diagrams to show you how it’s supposed to work. He also tries to prioritize issues for you, which is great because some of these things I had no idea about. At first I felt down about all the things he found but with his prioritizations and discussing the report, made me feel confident about my house. Thanks.

Joel was able to meet on short notice .He was very thorough in his inspection and met with us to present his detailed report on his findings and analysis of the property and also some head's up advice of things to watch for long term in the property. He has a very good knowledge of his industry and we would not hesitate to use Joel again and would highly recommend him to Friends and relatives. Joel was so great to work with! He was friendly, professional, and worked with our rushed timeline. His inspection was thorough, and the report was easy to follow and full of detail. He took the time to go through it with us and made sure we understood everything. Friendly and professional service, the inspection report was thorough with lots of helpful detail and talked us through any potential problem areas clearly using easy to understand language. He was also extremely helpful in delaying the process until we could confirm our financing. Our purchase is a 1913 home and Joel had a fantastic understanding of these older properties and knew just what to look for. We were left feeling confident about the work that was needed and the best way to go about rectifying the issues found. Would recommend to anyone, particularly if you’re buying a period property.
