This store is clean, and fun to look through. so many outdoors goodies. more expensive as most stuff is name brand but everything in this store is quality. never had a bad experience here. friendly service as well

Awesome service was treated right away as I came in, showing me the product of tents. Great staff knows there products.

It's good they're nice and put bindings on my skis and now I get to go skiing. Tomorrow I'm going to go skiing and then watch star wars because Tuesday is cheap night and I'm cheap! I heard this one isn't so good, which is sad because it's the last one in the series. I hope it's like kinda good, or turns into a cult classic. Anyway I'm gonna do that and bring nibs and maybe a lemonade.

It's expensive, but all their products are good quality. Many times that I've been in the store there's only 1 person working, and they're stuck with another customer. Last time I had to wait 20 minutes at the cash register before somebody came to help me checkout.

This is my go to place. They have a reward system with stamps, as well as on the dog food we buy. I've special ordered fish and other items as well! Staff is friendly always smiling!

Knowledgeable staff and great selection.They didn't have the size I was looking for but were able to find it at a different store and shipped it right to me.

I was very impressed with the store and layout. They carry children sized shoeshoes and active outdoor equipment. However, they do not carry winter boots! Disappointing, since you carry a lot of winter activity gear geared towards children. It was hard to find someone to help me, but maybe they were tied up doing something else? It's okay, because I am a patient person and I waited till someone was able to come along and I just wanted to make sure that they did not carry children sized boots before leaving.Kudos for the staff in directing me to a store where I could possibly find the sizes that I am looking for. Their sister store and a few others. Impressed with his knowledge of products that I could find at another store so I didn't have to drive all around Thunder Bay (I've just moved here from Superior, WI). So I found that VERY helpful and curteous. I coudn't give a full 5 stars because of the lack of store product, but I wanted to give 4 because of the amazing customer service I received while there, cleanliness of the store, quality of products I saw in the store. I would shop here for other items (snowshoes, thermal, gloves, etc.)Cheers.
