Terrible to get into. The appointment system sucks. How is it 2 minutes after opening they are completely booked when you try online then you call them 100 times and finally a hour later they answer. Brutal customer service. Went there once and never again..

(leaving name b.c it looks like how to be creditable)Shae Dobkoasked for a trim and she said that we would start with only a inch off (HAD really long hair) took off more then 3-4 inches before i knew itbefore the cut i showed the length of my hair i had (i had many picture of my hair i had before) but when i tried to reshow my pictures b.c she didnt sound like she saw them, she said oh ive seen the pictures" and the cut went the way she wanted and she did nothing we agreed oni regret going

I have had many haircuts at the Stonebridge location. The last 3 times have not been very good at all. The stylist are seasoned professionals. I am looking for a new place to go. It's to bad that this is happening.

Wicked lil spot!! Offer drinks for those waiting in the comfy chairs and did a damn good job cutting my son's hair! I'm a bit of a picky guy when it comes to straight lines and man they nailed it! Super friendly staff and fair prices= us returning! Highly recommended!!!

Good service. Politeness of the front-desk staff over the phone, and in person in appreciated. A better way to handle advance appointment bookings would be nice (like a day or two in advance atleast, instead of having to call early right on day of haircut). An SMS about appointment confirmation should be added. I believe the rates of different types of haircuts / colors / services should be easily visible even from customer’s seat, for better decision making, without having to get off the seat and go check with the front-desk. I believe that gives a good visibility of expected expenses. Anyway, overall I like the service and I am a regular here.

The best experience yet. I have brought my son to Tommy Gun’s for haircuts over the last 5 years. Yesterday, we visited the Stone Bridge location in Saskatoon and had the opportunity for Bree to cut his hair. She was fun and outgoing and did the most amazing haircut. My son loves it and said that he only wants to see Bree from now on. She was precise and detail oriented. Thank you, Bree!!!

My husband took my 4 year old son there today for a scissor haircut to the Stonebridge location. The barber guy who did it was not very kid friendly towards my son and when he got home his front hair was unevenly cut and it still looked messy and untrimmed in places. I had heard good things about this barber shop for kids but was very dissapointed in the service.. my son was not even crying or upset during and it was still not well cut.
