The pharmacy team at shoppers make my life so much easier. Not too sure why some of these negative comments exist but these pharmacists always help me to the best of their abilities every time!

First time we went, waited over an hour. Then they called to tell us they didn't have stock of the medication. It was already 9pm so we had to scramble to find the medication elsewhere. Beware, they never pick up their phones and stock medication is very limited. They are unapologetic when you bring up concerns. Go to the shoppers on strandherd and jockvale. It's better.

Pharmacist did not understand the difference between eligibility and recommendation for COVID shot. I left and do not trust her competency. I will go somewhere else moving forward for service.

The cashier told me I can't use coupons because the item I wanted was on sale lol.The item was a 3 roll of royale paper towel for $6.99 (with attached coupon)I left without buying anything.I will be contacting the Royale Company.What do you guys have to lose if you apply the coupon?You will be reimbursed!!!Unbelievable.I'll never come back here again.

Great pharmacy with very helpful staff and knowledgeable pharmacists. They always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to address your concerns.

Similar experience as most recent posts unfortunately. Huge shift with newer staff.. often seeing one pharmacists micromanaging others loudly, speaking non-official language to employees, lack attentiveness and personalability with customers. Some of the newer staff are lacking customer service training - it’s mind boggling sometimes.

I contemplated posting a negative review publicly but after reading dozens of similar reviews, I’m ready and willing.I had an “Apple Tree Medical Care” appointment 2 days ago, I went directly to the pharmacy twice yesterday to fill my faxed prescription, and they told me they had yet to receive any fax. I thought it was odd, it being 2 days now, so I called my old pharmacy in Quebec. Nothing, no prescription. I contacted “Apple Tree” and asked that they fax and re-fax my prescription to this location, they did. I called the Pharmacy this morning to ensure they’d received it, their fax machine was apparently now “broken”. I am now starting to get agitated. I called “Apple Tree” back and asked that they send the prescription via email (listed for this pharmacy on the Shoppers page) and they did so. I call the pharmacy back, the email is attached to the pharmacy owner who is conveniently on a month long vacation!! The pharmacist gives me a new email. Keep in mind, all this is happening as a colossal inconvenience to me and my extremely time sensitive medication. I call “Apple Tree” back and give them the new email that I was provided. That was over an hour ago, nothing. I will absolutely be switching pharmacies after receiving my medication.

I just transferred to this location 2 months ago and it was the best decision. The pharmacists and the staff are super helpful and cooperative. I always feel understood and if I needed an urgent medication they get it ready for me in no time.They always take the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.

I changed pharmacies to this one when I moved for the convenience of the location, but the service is atrocious. I've never been bothered by the long wait times, and none of the workers have ever been outright rude to me, but the general running of this pharmacy needs desperate improvement. I've already had a few mix-ups and confusions with my prescriptions that I was willing to forgive, but the final straw was when I went to them having run out of a prescription before my next doctor's appointment. They said they couldn't fill it (which I understood, as it was non-refillable as I'm still in the figuring-out-dosages process), so they said they would fax it to my doctor to get a refill. It's now three days later, I've gone two days without my medication, and so I call the doctor's office to see if they've received anything. They hadn't. The pharmacy clearly hadn't sent it, and I've been days without medication for nothing, which is honestly unacceptable. I immediately switched back to my slightly less conveniently located pharmacy (Paul's Pharmasave), and the ONE phone conversation I had with them about the transfer was already leagues better and more helpful than ANY interaction I've had at this pharmacy. I normally don't write reviews like this, or rate anything at all, but this is people's HEALTH we're talking about here. This pharmacy needs to do better.

This is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with. Zero customer service, ome time the pharmacist just stared at the screen for 10 mins, when there are more than five people lining up for consultation. Save yourself some headache, just go across the river to Rexall for 1000 times faster and better service.
