They leave there equipment, and materials littered all over the streets for weeks. They are messy and have complete disregard for the inconveniences they cause to the neighbors of the projects they are working on. However they do produce nice driveways.

Just had my garage and entry steps done from A-Z, Lorenzo and his team were very professionals, showed up on time and done everything to perfection, finished the work on time, regardless the bad weather. I asked Lorenzo to place a promotional sign on my front yard.The company has a team which knows what they are doing, no questions or confusions, upon signing the contract I explained what I wanted and they understood. Lorenzo isn't the type of person who gives you fake promises. if you ask him to do something and he can do it, we will do it, if it's something they don't do, he will tell you so.I will post a picture later, but highly recommended and for sure will call him in future and refer him.He did a house on next block 3 years ago and when I asked the owner if they were happy and they recommended it, I said that's it, I'll be giving him my business. Even the owner asked if I wanted to see his work (at her place), but her answer was enough to call him same day and sign the contact.Thank you JO-NIC INCNote:Their staff didn’t smoke, didn’t leave any garbage, Pepsi cans, or coffee cups on the location, the owner made sure that when they leave the location all their mess is collected and stored in large plastic bags.

Terrassement Jo-Nic did the all the unistone work in our backyard and around our pool. Lorenzo who is the owner of the company is very professional and was very punctual with the time frame. They’re very clean and do an amazing job. We are more than satisfied with the work that was done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job well done.

We have had our front driveway and steps done a few years back and just completed a big terrace in our backyard. Don't expect the cheapest price but do expect the best quality work and attention to detail....they really do exceptional work and do everything to make the final outcome perfect.

We are very pleased with the recent work done by Terrassement JO-NIC. They've done a great job on our raised garden retaining walls and new stairs at the front of the house. The team left the worksite very clean when they were finished the job. I chose them because they were recommended to me by a neighbour who had their driveway redone as well as a back patio. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have landscaping projects done

My husband and I were so pleased with Terrassement Jo-Nic! They were referred to us. They did beautiful work at our friend's house, a few years ago and I wanted to make sure I book them! They do have a busy schedule. We did the driveway and our pool area, with a side firepit! Our family just loves it! They inspired us with the layout and gave us good tips. The team is punctual, clean when they work and finish work, productive and the owner has great sense of humour! You can tell that they have been in the industry for many years!!
